My husband is on oxygen and cannot get out of the car the bank would rather him die walking in then helping him. He has been going to the bank for ever. What happen to customer service.

still a small personal bank ... you arent just a number you are a person unlike large impersonal banks and other corporations where you are dehumanized ... they are friendly and respectful ... the only problem ... and its not necessarily their fault is the lack of access off 29 North thanks to that tunnel

Worst bank. Do not go here. Opened an account days before vacation and closed it day before with zero explanation. Horrible experience all around
