I went there some time ago as an individual and asked them to print me a 1000 pages pdf. Even though they usually receive their work through their website the man working there was more than willing to help me. As there were some issues with printing that big of a file, he explored all the possible workarounds to have it printed. He even printed it in color and charged me as if I had printed in black & white! Super helpful and professional work! The best printing service out there, I'll definitely make it my default option in the future!
