Absolutely one of the worst places Iv ever delt with ! Booked online said they didn’t do that when I called to confirm appointment. Made an appointment over the phone dropped the car off they called said it wouldn’t pass because of head lights being LED ( which has passed for 5 yrs) . Told them to put a rejection sticker on the vehicle and went by picked it up they charged $90 $50 being labor and $16 for parts and that was not what we talked about . All lights worked when car was dropped off the guy wanted to argue over this ! Never EVER EVER will we deal with this business again !!!!!

Good independent repair shop. Honest and fair pricing. I bring Subaru, Mazda, and BMW vehicles here and have a never had any problems. I especially like their flexibility if I buy the parts and then they install them, charging me only labor. Also great for State inspections. Recently they've had a lot of issues with scheduling and completing work on time. Today I dropped off my car with an appointment made a week ago. They never even got around to me or called me to let me know.

Apparently the website doesn't work despite being fully live, running, and taking appointments.
I booked an appointment over a week in advance through their website, received a confirmation email and even was assigned a service tech. I go to my appointment (which was a 30 minute drive) and the guy working the front desk essentially just scoffs and says "website doesn't work and I don't have your appointment, nothing I can do."

I love CVille Imports! I've been taking my cars there for years. They do a great job with repairs of all sorts. They won't do work you didn't ask them to do, but they will let you know if they see something that needs attention. Their price is fair, and the work is done in a reasonable amount of time.

Cville Imports is top notch! When the gear shift on my Fiat 500 Abarth stopped working, I called dozens of mechanics in town before trying C-Ville Imports — nobody would work on it but them with it being an Italian import. Immediately they put me at ease with a suggestion about what could be going on and the recommendation to call my insurance company before having the car towed to see if it could be covered (something I hadn’t even considered!). My insurance did cover the tow and Cville Imports had my car back to me in less than 24 hours. A problem with the fix came up again after getting the car home (that would again would have required a tow) but the mechanic was kind enough to drop by my home and fix the car enough so I could drive it to them to tweak the repair.They got it fixed quickly again and didn’t charge me for the additional fix needed, which was a huge relief. And there’s been no problems since.I highly recommend and I’ll be taking my car here for all future repairs and maintenance!Service: General repairs & maintenance
