Since my first encounter with Bragg's after my car was struck in an accident, I experienced nothing but caring, supportive attention. Time estimation for work was on point and the work itself was meticulous. I highly recommend Bragg's for body work.

All they re doing is favoring the insurance company. They will estimate the damage of your vehicle for the lowest cost of repair and then they will send it to the insurance company and if you ask them to fix or repair your vehicle with the same estimation cost they just did, they will say oh no that was just for the insurance company if you need to repair your vehicle they should do another estimation. They are not fair and favoring the insurance company with the lowest repair cost or lower estimation and they don’t care about the the owner of the vehicles. I wish I could give them zero star. Also too rude staff and arrogant staff.

They are working, helping and caring the Insurance companies because their businesses is run by the insurance companies, they don’t care about the people who are talking their vehicles for estimation.unfair Estimation Also rude and disrespectful.

We were very impressed with our service and how quickly they were able to get our car fixed. It looks like new! On top of that, they even cleaned the inside of the car, which was a nice surprise. We will definitely come back if we need any repairs in the future.

I used Bragg's for repairs to my RAV4 Hybrid, and I highly recommend this long-time, family-owned business! They were very responsive, organized, and their prices were very fair. They had managed my expectations of how long the repair would take, yet they managed to have my car done in time for Thanksgiving travel—and even cleaned the inside of my car, too! My car looks like new, and I couldn’t be happier.

Wow, I am really pleased with Braggs! I needed to find a body shop near UVA for my daughter's car. Braggs was very professional and did a GREAT job repairing her car. Car was finished early, repair was done right. They exceeded my expectations.
