Extremely unprofessional interaction with the cashier. Upon walking in she told my blind mother that she was “trespassing” in the store which isn’t even possible because we’ve never been here. She then asked me and my 11 year old brother to leave along with her and she refused us service.

I would give it a zero star if I had the option. My husband stopped to get gas on 11.30.2023. While there he grabbed a sandwich out of the cooler to heat up at lunch time as he had several appointments and could not leave for lunch. He works in health care. His appointments sometimes run over into his lunch so instead of rushing his client out the door he gives them the time they need to understand their new equipment. Unfortunately, on this day he goes to open his sandwich and found mold and was so old it was actually hairy. These cooler sandwiches are supposed to be checked daily for expirations marked and pulled. There was not a month marked so it is hard to tell how long it had been sitting. My husband had to run out for lunch which was not planned. While they did say sorry at the BP and refunded him next day it should not have happened. Quality control is obviously lacking. We will not be returning to them and putting pictures of this on our social networks so no one else has to deal with this.

If you decide to play the slot machines and you win. They will refuse to pay you your winnings and void your ticket. They may offer to pay you by Cash APP but it will take nearly a week if you get it then.

The cashiers spend more time on their phones Texting, talking, and browsing Hulu while ringing up customers. This has happened multiple times. I will be going to another gas station in the future.

Update it is now September and I STILL have not been contacted. Sure was an expensive tank of water....I got a tank full of water from this gas station on March 5, 2020. I did not make it a mile down the road before my car broke down. I had it towed and the mechanic sent me a video of the gas tank full of almost nothing but water. It was over $2,000 in damage to my vehicle. I contacted them and was referred to their holding company to file a claim. I gave them my information, pictures and video from the mechanic and the estimate for the damages. I have not heard from them since. I have tried to contact them multiple times. DO NOT GET GAS HERE!!!

Place was clean. Very limited on selection of items and a bit higher priced than other convenient stores. Hot food available but don't always have ample supply and it's not very warm and not that great have tried a few items from there. Staff not friendly and sometimes takes a while to get checked out they just go about what they were doing and then get to you. Gas prices are fair which is most of my stops there.
