Very good people and place. Would definitely recommend.I shopped around my local dealers for my 2023 M340 and this dealer gave me the best deal and for the color i was looking for. Drove almost 3 hours to pick up my BMW and they made it hassle free. Thank you.

The communication from my staff member at BMW was terrible. They were supposed to have my car for one day, the staff person told me it should take no longer than 3-4 hours. I never heard back from him that day, tried calling the next day (a Saturday) without any response. The service dept is closed on Sundays so I called first thing Monday, was told they would call me back. Never received a call back, finally got in touch with the staff member who was supposed to be helping me after calling 5 times. At this point, they had my car for 3 days. That would have been fine IF anyone had communicated with me, answered the phone, or responded to any of my messages. Additionally, when they gave me the list of recommended services on Friday, the staff member couldn't explain any of the recommendations to me. The one service he attempted to explain, it turns out he was completely wrong in his understanding of what it was after he called another staff member over to help. That staff member grudgingly helped but gave me the bare minimum explanation. When my car was finally finished on Monday evening, I shared my feedback with the original person who had been helping me, that I was frustrated by his lack of communication. All he said was "well, you had a lot done to the car." What he should have said was, I apologize and will try my best to do better next time. This is my second bad experience with this location and I'm looking for another place to have my car cared for and serviced. I moved to Charlottesville last year from Colorado Springs where I always had a great, positive experience with my BMW service center. I am extremely disappointed. I also tried to call the manager at Flow twice to provide this feedback and left a call back number but never received a call back. Just poor customer service all around.

I recently carried my X3 there for a state inspection. After waiting 4 hours I was informed the car(with only 22,000 miles) needed brakes at a price of $1,500. I refused and carried the car to a local European auto repair shop. THE BRAKES DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED.

Just bought my first BMW! My salesman, Malik, was the best; so knowledgeable and well versed on all aspects of my vehicle. He made the process of selection through financing and purchase easy and stress free. Would highly recommend!

I want to give a big, public "thank you" to Justin in the Parts Department. We were on a road trip, far from home (Miami). Our Mini hit a pothole and suffered damage. We could still drive a bit on the runflat tire, but we were not able to find a replacement in town. Justin's BMW dealer did not have any Mini tires in stock. He spent considerable time making phone calls and finding a nearby same-day solution for us. We were able to continue on our trip with minimal delay, thanks to Justin.

Literally despise coming to this place. It seems like it's run by a bunch of kids who pretend to afford BMWs but don't know anything about them. I bought my car from this location and loved that side of things. But the service side.. NO. unless you enjoy sitting around all day for a process that they told you would take roughly an hour.. then be my guest. I was told one hour. So I made an appt. my car wasn't taken back until one hour after my appt time. I even showed up earlier than my appt hoping it would be helpful. Here I am 3 hours later. Still waiting.
