Made a trip just to shop this store and it was closed at 4 p.m. on a Friday when it was supposed to be open until 7. What's up with that? Good thing Sephora was open. Guess I'll shop there now.

I love this Bluemercury store. The skincare selection is great, the staff are lovely, and it's so PRETTY inside! I just want to walk around in there forever! If you want a creature comfort for your home, this is a great place to find a high quality and long lasting reed diffuser. (I would know--I tried the cheap ones first). They also have a ton of nice candles.

Came here in June 2021 for a makeover from Bana before my engagement shoot and she did a GREAT job. BM was the only makeup store in the area doing full face makeup. I was in love with my makeover and ended up buying a bunch of the products, even though there was only an expectation to buy one of them. Would highly recommend Bana if you need quick and beautiful makeup for an event.

Website and Yelp says the store is open until 9:00 but I'm outside at 8:34 and the doors are locked and the salesgirl is closing. She missed out on a big sale.

Jessica gave me an amazing facial and brazilian wax. She's very sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. She educated me about the products and how to do proper skin care. I can't wait to book with her again.

I walked into the store this night. The sale was pretty unfriendly. I didn't see any professionalism inside of her. I highly don't recommend anyone who happens to be the racial minority goes this store.

I have had such a pleasant shopping experience every time I have walked into this store. Everything from the lighting and cleanliness to the product selection and staff make this place perfect. After attempting to shop at both Ulta and Sephora here in Charlottesville and being incredibly disappointed in the selection, availability, and customer service-- this place is a breath of fresh air!!!! I highly recommend!
