Watch your returns closely. I returned an item and it was pending in my account, then it disappeared. Seems Belk decided to withdraw the return 2 days later. Thankfully I have my receipt to show the bank. Needless to say I won’t be shopping here again!

Ordered pillows fir puck up the person pulling canceled part of my order then called said she found the other item I would now have to come in and pick up. Fine no problem. Get to Belk to pick up go to Hime since they were pillows and since I decided to buy another pillow as well. Get to the register and I'm told I have to purchase the pillow there get in my car drive to the other side of the mall for my order pick up. Well your sales person who called never disclosed that info. No thank you apparently you don’t value your customers time.
