They keep cutting back hours and no longer have drive up window service. And there’s hardly ever more than one teller available. If the line is out the door, a manager might step in to help.Anyone who works full time literally can’t utilize their services :(

Terrible!!! I felt discriminated against. The advisor and the Manager did not want to open an account for my friend, putting up many obstacles. We were finally able to open it in another Bank Of America Branch.

I made a 10:00 app. And when I arrived they took me a few min early. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Made a stressful problem into no biggie. Got my replacement card and life never missed a beat. I live in Barboursville. But I will drive a little out of my way to the Long street branch. You guys rock..

Never have more than one teller, too many employees doing what? No one will offer help, when line is more than 6 people. I have stood in line there at least 10-15 mins per trip. Gets very uncomfortable, especially w/ mask on.

Dont understand why you only have 1 teller and 5 cs reps makes no sense. Then they wonder why they have bad reviews horrible place to go to and I'm fortunate that I dont have to bank with them anymore ??? Stay away

I'm literally standing in line at this bank right now. Its Friday afternoon at 4PM, and they have one teller on. He seems lost in dealing with some customers questions, but isn't getting much help. I feel bad for the guy. Maybe one teller is good for 11AM on a Tuesday, but the afternoon of payday...come on. There are still 3 people in front of me, and 4 behind. Two people already walked out. Smart staffing decisions are not the forte of this office.

Okay, I'm glad I don't bank with Bank of America & this location just confirmed that for me. BB&T has much better and faster service.
