I thought only needed one tie rod end and because of my mistake they ended up finding out I needed two luckily I had bought both parts and they installed both tie rod ends and did a full oil change in less than an hour it and half!!! Would’ve cost me as much to buy all the tools for Both jobs and saved me time and money!! Just got a new customer!!”

They gave me a fair estimate of time to repair my car and finished it early. They garentee their work for the life of the ownership of the car! They do a walk through before and after with you making sure they note all damage you want fixed and to make sure its fixed to your liking. If you have questions anytime during the process they dont get irritated (like others ) if you ask. I had a very positive experience”

“I own a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. It's kept under shelter, but because of age I did not have any great anticipation for it just wanted to make it look as good as possible. Downtown detailing did all of that and more! This vehicle looks like it's only three or four years old now Come on My compliments to Downtown detailing they are certainly worth every penny! “Chad and his team did an excellent job on a number of repairs my car needed and they got it done before my wife had to leave for a trip up north. I'm not a car guy and Chad took the time to explain to me what exactly was wrong and which things were most important to fix first. Their prices were great and I'll be taking my car back there exclusively for any future repairs. Finding a local shop you can trust greatly reduces the stress of dealing with car troubles; I just wish they worked on domestic cars so I could take all my vehicles there!
Update: It's been about a year since they worked on my daily driver so I took it back in to see if it needed anything done before I get an inspection in a few weeks. Car had no issues and I got great service from Chad and his team!”
