Here are their operating hours. The default hours on google are the after hours call service, not the store hours. Their website doesn’t list their hours either. The store is opened weekdays 8:30am - 5pm.
I haven’t used the mobile call service, but used the store a few times for spare keys and brought in locks to rekey. Their prices are reasonable and service is solid!

Tim Holt came to our house to remove a safe that had been built in to a cabinet. He went to great length to not damage the cabinet. Mission accomplished, he did a great job and was very profession in all of his work.

This company did a bunch of work for me when I moved into a new house. 2 years later, one of the door knobs they installed malfunctioned and I couldn't repair it. I brought it to the shop with my receipt, and they gave me a new one free of charge. Wow!

Aaron, one of the senior techs, has displayed ongoing, consistent customer service to get a tricky job done. He has worked with me every step of the way, making excellent suggestions on keying strategy on a multi-tenant property, and has remained patient and responsive with my many questions. I do not hesitate to recommend him. 5 big gold stars for Aaron!

Tim Holt did an amazing job. The man was quick efficient and precise. He is a great person too with witty conversation while maintaining focus on getting the work done quickly! This guy checked in multiple times to ensure we were happy! Cannot recommend enough!

The cylinder of my ancient Weiser front-door knob lock pulled out; a neighbor highly recommended Albemarle Lock & Safe. They trouble-shot the problem and determined that the old lock couldn't be repaired or re-keyed. While they initially thought I'd have to leave the old key, when I explained that my front door wasn't secure, they keyed a new LSDA knob lock to my many old keys and explained installation of the new lock, I installed the new knob lock pretty much as a one-for-one swap with no problems or issues. I was able to re-use my old striker plate, too. I was in & out of their shop in under an hour. I'm very happy with my 1st visit, will use them again, and will also recommend Albemarle Lock & Safe to others.

They were so easy to work with and super helpful and accommodating! I had a complicated situation, and Albemarle Lock and Safe was able to get me a new key while I was dancing the day away at a festival! THANKS ! And a super shout out to Jen for being persistent and awesome!! The key was there when I got home, no problem!!!
