The WORST customer experience that I've ever had. It was racially fueled, discriminatory, unsafe, and unprofessional. I placed an order online via Uber Eats for a coffee and a breakfast crossiant (bacon, cheese, and egg). I arrived to pick up my order; the woman working the cash register hadn't even started it. So, she tells me I can fix the coffee myself which I didn't mind. Once I was done, I went back up to her and she handed me a bag with my crossing in it. Upon arriving to my car, I opened the bag and took out the crossiant and it was frozen and cold. So, I went back into.the store approached the woman that had given me the sandwich and told her that it was uncooked and not prepared- its suppose to served hot not frozen. Then, I asked her to give me a refund and she said, " you can go get a hot dog over there." I was confused, in awe. She refused to refund my money and told me to get and eat something that I never ordered. I repeated that I wanted a refund, and how can you tell me to get and eat something that I never ordered or wanted. She didnt apologize, raised her voice in a disrespectful manner and tone. Telling me that she wasn't going to give me a refund and to get a hot dog instead. You should've seen the look of dismay on customers faces that were standing on line while our interaction was taking place. Then I asked for a manager, she says, " there's none on-site but she can would have to call them." I told her to do so right now, which she did. I got on the phone with a man named Raj; just like his employee, he too was rude and unprofessional. Neither of them apologized for their discriminatory and unprofessional behavior. This was clearly a health violation as well for this business establishment because ALL FOOD served in public business establishments must comply with state requirements for handling, preparing, and serving food which they violated with me by serving me an uncooked raw meat and egg. If you have been discrimated against or treated unprofessional as I have, please leave a review so WE can compile enough complaints and individuals to take legal action. VERY RACIST BUSINESS, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.

Night shift guy needs to learn some manners.No respect for customers.If I didn't know better,I'd think that he got that from the owners,but he brought that with him.He was rude at two previous jobs that he had.

Paid $10 for a car wash with gas purchase. Pulled up to car wash and it was broken. Was told any American Car Wash would accept my code. Drove 6 miles to nearest one, INVALID CODE. If your machine isn't working, don't sell me a car wash at your store.

Usually go to this 7-11/Exxon to get gas and occasionally something to drink as well. The employees are pretty friendly as usual. I can usually get in an out pretty quick too.

This is my favorite place where I go to have some morning Coffee and other stuff. The staffs are great and very helpful as well talk with polite and nice. They always have fresh food. I am totally satisfy with their service towards customers.. I have seen many disrespect customer services in other place but not there... the guys are cool.. they always tell you about there new deals.. I love the deals there..
