I went in this morning and the area for teas, hot chocolate and coffee wasn't clean. While I was over there, a female employee came by and I thought she was going to clean it and didn't. She was at the donuts stand with no donuts glancing at me briefly. Then a male employee came by that same area (not there to clean the area). I felt like I was being watched...Another issue was with their gas, the machine wouldn't work one day. I don't think I'm going back...I really wanted to be hopeful, but it did not feel right at all. I wanted to return my stuff :(

Was hoping to grab a cappuccino but neither machine was working because the screen said they needed to be cleaned. Seemed nice otherwise. Will find another 7-11.

they have been without the automatic payment service at the fuel pump for several days, and the employees do not know how to solve the problem when you want to fill your fuel tank, very bad serviceIn addition,inside the store, they always have many products with an expired caudoside date.

I loved going to this gas station when it first opened (and the Now Open sign is still up about 4 years later), but it's now become as cruddy and gross as other poorly maintained stations in the area.You hear that gas pumps have some of the dirtiest surfaces, but you shouldn't be able to see the physical filth coating the payment keypad. It appears as if these have never been wiped down in the years since they opened. Based on this level of filthiness, I would recommend against eating any of the food prepared by this same staff who doesn't know what their responsibilities should be with respect to actually cleaning the things they own.Please don't send me a link to 'provide more details', as it appears is the standard response to comments about bad coffee or sanitation. You have enough information from these reviews to act on them and address the problems. This one only involves increasing cleanliness of the pumps. Own the problems rather than punting it back to the customer and expecting them to do the legwork.

What is it with the 711's in Virginia? is it that hard to brew FRESH coffee. Im not going to buy your 2 hour old pot. I dont mind waiting seriously skip this store travelers. Better yet skip Virginia 711's fresh or its free my arse

I would be Embarrassed to work at a place with such filthy bathrooms, I actually thought about taking a picture but decided not to scar anybody's memory.Should probably consider hiring a maid service if the workers are unwilling to clean the bathroom
