I have never had any problems with their service. All the employees are very courtesy and well informed. I get all my medications from them. I refuse to use any other business! Thank to Charlotte Drug for your excellence service!

I've had excellent service from this drug store. The employees are friendly, and I get reminder calls about my prescriptions. Once, an employee even delivered prescriptions to my very ill husband when I couldn't leave him but he needed the meds badly.

I live 2 miles from this pharmacy.. I will from now on drive 30 miles to get my medications several times a month, which is sad.. I have had problem after problem.. 1st my dr sent my prescriptions and they claimed they never got them i went through the devil to get the dr to call over and they still blamed their mistake on my dr.. i then waited 30 minutes for them to fill it when i was the only one there.. Recently though I got a prescription and called them and they told me they could not order my medication... I called several other pharmacies and between them and my insurance company they all said that Charlotte drug could get that medication.. I felt discriminated against for what the medication was.. I've been shorted pills, been made to wait 31 days for refills.. I believe in supporting county businesses but they have done nothing to support me.. Its sad that a huge chain drug store (CVS) took me in and fixed everything for me and treated me like my case was the only one that mattered whole they helped clean this mess up.. I'd give a negative if I could but I can only give the one star so the one star is for them carrying our local schools clothing with logos and the selection in the store that's all.. I hope this cam help somebody who needs advice.. before they make the mistake I did..

To bad people cant give them negative stars. my friend certainly would have. His insurance company locked him in with Charlotte Drug, the only pharmacy that he could use.. When he tried to order Suboxone, they said that they couldn't get Suboxone. I spoke to 3 other pharmacist that said that any pharmacy could order Suboxone. So that was a plain out lie. My friend had to jump through hoops and and hollers to finally get the medicine that they needed. 3 pharmacist said Charlotte Drug lied about the availability about ordering the drugs, therefore Charlotte drug are being liars. They finally got their meds at CVS.
