“Dollar General Wayside is the best DG I have ever shopped. The manager is a straight five star review within herself. The rest of the store employees are awesome as well. Everyone takes pride in their work and still takes time to show personal attention to each customer. The store is clean, well organized, and constantly being restocked at phenomenal speed. I am proud of our Wayside Dollar General!??”
“I was tripping when I drove up 155 and saw this store, there isn't anything in Charles City except for a couple gas stations with stores. I had to go in. I got everything I needed and the store just felt different in a better way than most of the ones I go to between New Kent and Lee Hall.”
“A good place for autos, motorcycles and trail bicycle riders to take a break, store has drinks and snacks for a break, but store need outside benches or picnic tables for the customers to sit outside and that brings back customers.”

“Was delighted with the chicken and sides. Portions were plentiful. All of it was great and the price was reasonable. The potato wedges were the best I have ever had. The food was great!! Looking forward to trying other things they offer!”
