Everytime I go to that store, it's always closed. Today, they have a handwritten note on the door that says they will reopen at 5pm. It's now 5:30pm and they are still closed. Where is the manager? The district manager? Clearly, they need some help... Why is the company ok with this?

I was tripping when I drove up 155 and saw this store, there isn't anything in Charles City except for a couple gas stations with stores. I had to go in. I got everything I needed and the store just felt different in a better way than most of the ones I go to between New Kent and Lee Hall.

The new manager is awesome. She is super nice and friendly. This store is arranged very neatly and is very clean.

Has an electric outlet for electric ⚡️ bikes. Nice place to chill and have a cold monster. School in back with paths through the woods behind it.
