They make it pretty simple and aren't difficult if something goes a little awry. For example we put our lock on the wrong door, they resolved no issue/fee, and we had mover delays, they adjusted. Arnetia the Operations Manager was extremely responsive, helpful, and always professional. If I ever need storage pods again, I'd use ZippyShells.

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough! Moving is normally a super stressful process, but from the very beginning, when I first spoke to Arnetia on the phone, I immediately felt at ease. Arnetia made the moving and storage process really easy for me to understand. Zippy is straightforward with how they charge, and makes it easy to understand how much the move will cost.Louis & team did an AMAZING job packing up my 7500 sq ft house! They were efficient, friendly, and above all, extremely careful with my belongings. If you rent a pod, definitely use these guys to pack it. The way they packed up the pods was so impressive- they really maxed out how much was stored in each, which really helps keep my storage costs down.I’ve had at least 10 moves in my life, and this, by far was the best experience. I will definitely be using these guys to unpack everything when my new house is ready.Thanks Zippy team! You guys rock!

We booked a Zippy Shell container to move our stuff. Very flexible regarding day to deliver the Zippy Shell container and picking it up full. The whole process was seamless. Customer Service made booking the Zippy Shell easy. The Zippy Shell container worked out very well. They were delivered to my home on time.We would definitely do it again.

We had a really great experience using Zippy Shell Northern Virginia to store the contents of our basement as it was being renovated. Arnetia was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful as she walked me through the steps of a process I was unfamiliar with. I'd recommend their services to anyone looking for a no-nonsense experience. We were also happy to pay the Zippy shell movers to unload the contents once we were done because it was SOOOO much cheaper than the movers we were planning to hire.

Our house sold real fast this summer and all of the "professional" movers were booked. Contacted Zippy Shell and they sent two amazingly qualified professional movers that got the job done within days of calling. Highly recommend them!

We had a tremendous experience with Zippy Shell. They were responsive, on time, and a pleasure to work with. We moved out our house's lower level of furniture during a renovation. They were quick to reply to my request for information, were accurate and clear with pricing, and were on time for the container drop-off and re-delivery. We decided to add the option of having movers put our things back into place and that process was seamless and the workers were professional, friendly, and careful.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Zippy Shell's Northern Virginia. The Chantilly, VA CSR, Alicia, was very courteous.She arranged for a 'storage pod' to be delivered to my driveway in February 2023, with plans for my relocating to Texas within a couple of months.I was diagnosed with a pre-pancreatic cancer, which delayed my move, thus I requested the Zippy Shell to be removed, as my relocation was delayed for several months.The gentleman taking my call to have the Zippy Shell picked up was very understanding. He was able to schedule the pick-up the very next day, saving me a months rental.I highly recommend Zippy Shell's Chantilly, VA services.

After my folks passed away we stored family heirloom furniture, and other sentimental value stuff, and a gazillion photos, with Zippy Shell. Pod delivered to door, so convenient. Arranging to access shell was easy on sunny days. Low cost return delivery labor was great. We were able to take time to make decisions instead of regretting tossing it all.

I worked with Zippy Shell NOVA to move and store my belongings as a recommendation from my realtor. The staff was professional, friendly and prompt. They worked fast and were very careful with everything. Communication with the main office was very good. They were patient and explained the process and options thoroughly. Pricing was reasonable. I would recommend Zippy Shell for your moving or storage needs.

I used Zippy Shell for moving in storage as I had a month between my current lease ending and new lease beginning. My experience was great! They showed up on time, were efficient in moving/wrapping my items and the movers were polite, friendly and careful in handling fragile items. Unpacking my storage cube was seamless as well. Highly recommend!

I have used Zippy Shell for the past 8 months moving from Northern VA to Central VA. I rented 2 containers that were really nice brand-new steel containers. They dropped them off in exactly the right location every time, using some type of robotic forklift machine to move them around. I was never there to witness, but my son told me about it. Picked up the containers promptly. Arentia is the Operations Manager and does a great job. 5-star company and service. Highly recommended and I don't say that lightly.

I had a super complicated move that required move out of our home where half of our belongings would be stored in storage containers and the other half would go into a temporary 2-bdrm apartment. Arnetia Curtis, the operations manager, was super helpful, professional and efficient and helped me navigate our complicated move out and also the later transfer of all of our things to movers for an out of state location. Erik at the storage facility in Sterling was also super helpful and I thank Zippy Shell for helping us during a tricky time!

Amazing!!! If I could give 6 stars I would. Raul, AJ, and Rob were professional, friendly, and efficient. My fiancé and I were moving out of state from our 1 BR / 1 bath APT in DC and Zippy Shell has made the moving out process so much easier. 100% would recommend.
