“Plenty of lanes with the long hoses, so it doesn't matter which side your gas tank is on, you can fill at any pump. Car line is orderly and all of the pumps were in good working order.”
“✅: bananas, brown eggs, milk, nuts, tuxedo gananche bar cake (3 different choco), clementines, vanilla, car battery
seasonal: chestnuts, melona, chobani, pineapple, straw/blueberry, nonni's thin addictives (mango), biscotti, gharadelli , flooring
avoid: kirkland apple strudel - a chewy sugary pie , kirkland premium vanilla icecream- it has good ingredients yet overwelmingly sugary, raisin bran -if you enjoy picking out candied raisins, 9" round chocolate cake -my bro whom thrives on poptarts said it was too sweet
not hating on sugar , but it felt like eating tablespoons of it. otherwise some of the bakery items look good for the price
staff/service works hard! though it's a warehouse atmosphere. and fam loves the pizza out of the oven”
“I went to Costco on a Friday after work along with everyone else. There is a big storm coming this weekend so a lot of people decided to stock up. After filling my cart and checking out, I could barely move past the checkout line because the exit was jammed with people. As I was inching toward the door, an employee named Asia said "we have a problem!" and started jogging toward the door. Asia jumped in and started checking receipts along with the 2 other door clerks. It was so nice to see someone notice that there was a problem and immediately spring into action. Thanks Asia!”
“it does not get better than costco food courts. walking in, adorning that sort of unfinished gymnastics center sort of vibe. you either order face to face, or you use one of the kiosks. and the food? oh, dont get me started. the pizza is just pure, greasy goodness, and is big enough to feed a small village. the hotdogs are a classic, juicy goodness. the chicken bakes are absolute smackers, and etc. the only problem i really have is that sometimes the wait time is a tad long, but the quality more than makes up for it”
“Here's the truth. This costco has great customer service. Yes, parking is horrible, so is every costco. The gas lines are going to be long, though they shouldn't. And people have a problem with respecting personal space.
One of the issues with has is idiots who are so nervous to run out of gas, fill up every day even though they are on 3/4 of a tank. I watched 2 people fill up and only pumped about $10 in a BMW X7 and a Chevy Tahoe.
People walk around the store like they are sight seeing. Stopping in the middle of a isle, backing up, completely disregarding the fact people are behind them.
People stand right up on you and invade your personal space when at the pharmacy. I've had to tell them to back up so much that cursing is needed do delivery the point.
Ultimately it's the customers that make.the costco experience bad.”
“They are very well stocked and the prices are incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful. They carry really fresh meat and deli meats. They have a wide variety of cheese and beverages. All your restaurant needs in one place.”
“This is one of my preferred Costco locations in the DMV due to the fact it doesn't get super crowded. Even on weekends, I find it to be less crowded than others in the area such as Fairfax. On a weeknight, it's even better and you can park pretty close and I've never had to wait in a super long line here. Their food court also is quick compared to others in the area but due to the layout of the store, it can get congested. I visited last night (weds evening). Overall, Costco is really hit or miss depending on location with their "death star" items (i.e., markdowns). When I visited last night they didn't have a ton of clothing on sale but in the past, they have. Check out lines were non-existent at self checkout, however, an employee accused me of cutting in line (I apologized but I truly did not see anyone in line). The food I ordered took less than 2 minutes and the pizza had foil on it without me having to ask. However, they were out of drink tops, some sodas came out clear and needed replacing, and there was soda all over the floor. I'm considering this a one-off and giving them the benefit of the doubt here as this hasn't happened before.”
