Sean is truly an artist! After going somewhere else for over a decade about 6 months ago I switched to Westone Nail & Spa. It's very clean and bright in the salon. I had always previously done gel polish but he talked to me about trying the dip, which I absolutely love, and they last 3-4 weeks. I started picking nail designs and there is nothing he can't do! Friends, co-workers and strangers are always asking who and where I get my nails done. I highly recommend Sean.

Unfortunately what I asked for was nothing close to what I got. The shaping was awful and there was really no retention. Not to mention how much they really drilled me nails down. I am no stranger to acrylics but have been doing gel for quite some time and my nails were very healthy and strong prior to seeing them. My nails are now VERY Thin & painful. Likely do to the process being rushed and the drill going a million miles per hours. I reached out to them via their website and left my email and all & have yet to hear back (it’s been over a week) Overall for the price I would never return. The pedicure held up fine and looks good. Very unsatisfied.

Lower than average, in my experience. I took my 3 nieces for kid's manicures and got one myself. Only one of my niece's nails turned out nicely (glossy, well shaped, well painted). The rest of us mostly had rushed jobs. I would have liked my nails to be shaped a bit better (the filling missed some sharp angles) and I could have used more moisturizer. They were classic manicures so I wasn't expecting anything outstanding, but was expecting enough of an effort.
We were seated pretty quickly, considering how busy it was, and the women were all really nice, especially with the kids. I paid $58 for 3 kids manicures + 1 adult classic. Great color selection.

I walked in for a mani/pedi to kill time while my kid was at a birthday party close by. The salon was very clean. Jay was my nail technician and he was great! He was friendly and I appreciated his attention to detail! I left with great looking nails! Thanks Jay! Next time in the area, I will definitely stop by and ask for Jay!

I get my nails done by Shawn and he is great! Very nice, professional and a great person to have conversations with. Just an all around sweetheart. He’s been doing my nails for some time and I allow him to be creative with my nails because I trust that he will always deliver (no complaints ever). He knows I love colors and designs, so I give him the creative space to do so freely. His massages are to die for, literally can put you to sleep while getting your pedicure. Overall service A+++

I have been going to Shawn at Westone Nails for 4 years now and have followed him from a previous salon. Every experience I have had was nothing but perfect service. Staff cares about your experience and desires to work with you.
Stylist: Shawn cares to know his clients, and wants to work with you to achieve your desired result. For reference I get acrylic sets as well as pedicures.

First Lady who did my nails didn’t do a good job at all of well doing my nails and since she did stay over time to finish them and I appreciated that so I tipped 15$ but as days passed by it was like each day one fell off so I went back and got them done by another girl she was a lot younger and did a better job but definitely didn’t match the size or shape of my others that were still intact. And not to mention both of them weren’t that warm or welcoming. Would not recommend to come here. Took them all off and the remaining ones came off too easy.

I am a perfectionist, but I understand some nail places are not comfortable doing more intricate designs and styles. However, I asked, if they were able to do this.. I showed them two different pictures as well to choose from. They happily said they could do it. At first, I thought it was going well, but after they put my nail under the gel lamp with pink, purple and orange residue from making the designs, I was worried. I asked multiple times to fix this or fill in that. Once done, I asked them to clean up the colors that were showing on the nail and cuticle. All the did was "file it" briefly and put lotion on. I am no professional artist, but with gel, there usually is a brief second where they inspect and wipe over the nail with remover to make sure it is well. After $80 spent, and 2 hours sat in a chair I am very bothered. I dislike when I spend a lot of money for an outcome I could've done myself.

Gina has been my aesthetician since 2012! She's fantastic with specialized facials and waxing and takes time to evaluate your skin and prescribe services and products to address unique skincare needs. I usually book every 6-8 weeks, as I travel from Maryland on Saturday for visits. Gina is a skilled professional who offers advice on how to develop a personal skincare regime to manage health and look of your skin. I have committed to Dermlogica products which she uses in the salon. I get compliments all the time and have referred several friends to Gina's care. You won't regret booking your first appointment!

I came to the spa today for the first time and was a walk-in. I was able to be attended to right away. I did the volcano pedicure with Thi and WOW! This was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. The massage was long and so relaxing. The paraffin wax treatment was wonderful. The smells of the products used were amazing. I highly recommend coming for a pedicure! I can’t wait to come back and try other services!

My husband and I booked appointments for hot stone pedicures. The hot stones massage was less than 3 minutes per foot.
They were not busy - we were the only two in the pedicure service area. We will probably not go back.

Hannah is my favorite! She is very meticulous and is a perfectionist. My nails always last long when she does it. This place is a no frills place but they do a great job and they have great options and prices.
