Used this cleaners a few times. The last time one of my shirts came back stained in the collar. I took it back and the gentleman kept saying that he didn't understand because he used a steel press. Mind you, I don't care how he does it, there was an issue and I just wanted it fixed. Then he insinuated that maybe I wore a blue undershirt. This was a white dress shirt. Why would I wear a blue under shirt? When i asked him how he would fix it he said "I'm the professional" Done and walked out. Never again. Would not recommend this place.

I had several things altered here including dress pants, shorts, a silk jumpsuit, and a formal dress. They nailed each alteration for a great price as well. I will be coming back here for all my alterations.

I live in Fairfax but I drive 25 minutes to get my garments dry cleaned. This is the only cleaner I go because thy do really good job and the price is very reasonable.

The best cleaners in Northern Virginia. Great service and always greeted with a smile. One of the services they provide is alterations, I've had a few work suits and slacks altered, the work was flawless. I can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent customer service. The owner takes pride in satisfying walk-ins as well as existing customers. The service is consistent and always on time. In my seven-mile drive, I pass ten cleaners because I’ve tried at least four of the ten and have experienced below-average service when cleaning my clothing items. I’d recommend Westone to anyone looking for top-notch service!
