The manager today (approximately 1:30 PM on 4 April) seemed flustered and completely unhelpful. I explained my issue and was told she can't help me and that I need to call customer service to resolve my problem. I then heard her tell two people that she has is busy, they need to make appointments to get her assistance, and she wasn't helpful in answering basic questions. Very disappointed and I won't be returning to this branch as long as she's on staff.
Please note the two tellers on duty were extremely helpful and ready to assist however they could.

The only guy teller that is so lazy. More often than not this place isn’t busy, you can see that this guy teller seems busy staring at the wall or computer and enjoying doing nothing but sitting. The only friendly teller here is Nguyen, she is new but she’s trying her best to deliver a great customer service to clients. Unlike the new guy who is lazy. Go to WF metro tech drive(sully branch) where all tellers and the manger are welcoming and customer friendly oriented.

I am banking here for many years, I have always got prompt and courteous service. Today I visited first time post-pandemic, it was after such a long time. As I stood second in line, a lady approached me and asked what I need. She then called the staff attending the drive-in window to take care of me. She was equally prompt and courteous.

Ms. Shrestha went above and beyond to help me out with paperwork when I was having an incredibly rough day. This is not the closest location to me but I will keep coming here due to her amazing customer service!

I had an easy experience here. They were all nice. confused on their star rating for this location. the manager asked me if I wanted to wait for help or have someone call me when to come back for service, it was nice, helpful and good.

The bankers here are not friendly. I was greeted by an Indian man and an Indian woman. They seemed friendly at first, but they looked very unwilling to help. The woman immediately pointed at my top dollar suit case which I was scared to leave in the car and she stated luggage was not allowed. I offered to leave it at the door and proceeded to ask for a notary. You could tell by the look on her face she did not want to help. So she asked what kind of document? I said a deed of trust. She said that they're not allowed to notarize deeds of trust because of state laws. In disbelief, I mentioned it must be different because in Texas I get these notarized at Wells Fargo ALL THE TIME. I called the Wells Fargo next door and they also asked what kind of document I needed notarized. I said deed of trust, and they welcomed me to come in “any time†and that they'd be more than willing to help me. What an awful feeling when you walk into a bank that you bank at and are greeted by a bunch of people that act like you're a burden to them. Yuck.

If you can't notarize a legal document, what can you notarize? I called the Wells Fargo next door and they also asked what kind of document I needed notarized. I took a check from Treasury to this branch. This check and myself were questioned for almost two hours. I was told the check was fraudulent and the deposit was refused. This is the bank I go in and out for the last 3+ years and I entertained 0.00 trust.

Worst customer service and the representative wasn't even helpful. I would never bank here. Especially when there are credit unions around that are more helpful then the crap they have. No sign in sheet, no one offered to help for 10 minutes, it's absurd. When the counselor has nail polishes at her desk you can tell service is not her priority. Put it in a drawer!
