This branch is good for teller and basic banking services. Any help with online transactions, account opening or account management related issues are not handled in the branch(online accounts). When calling online support, they want us to visit the local branch. But after visiting this branch, I was told they are limited to handling accounts which are not opened online. Not sure what's going on with Wells Fargo's systems, looks like their systems are not synchronized. They have to fix this issue in the overall process, otherwise they will start loosing customers.

This branch is always busy but the tellers and the Manager were customer service oriented. Delivering great service to client, and resolving issues on the spot. If not, the manager will make sure to make it right. Tony is a great Manager and his staff are great delivering excellent service.

I needed to go in to do some business banking(transfer money to a person that also has a wells fargo bank account, add my operations person to online banking and give them permission to send money). First, I was told that it would take at least 1 day to transfer money to another wells fargo account. Then I was told I could send a wire(for a $40 fee). I was then told that my finance person could be added to my online banking account and that they would be able to transfer money and pay bills online. Once she went through the sign up process, she was still unable to do this. So either the banker lied to us OR is not very knowledgeable. Either way, we wasted an over hour of our time for no reason.The branch manager was disinterested at best and "doesn't handle business banking" so couldn't help us. I think Wells Fargo is a bad joke when it comes to business banking. While they are known for opening up fake accounts in their customer's names without their knowledge, they aren't known for good customer service. I can see why.

So I was trying to call a location closer to me and they were not answering for about 2 weeks even though they are open.... So I called this location to set up an appointment and "Jennifer" gave me a different number (for the location close to me) and it worked instantly! Aside from giving me the number, she even called back later to make sure that somebody had answered and helped me make my appointment and that I was taken care of.(Even though she didn't have to call back) she did and that extra mile shows alot! Wellsfargo please let "Jennifer" know she's doing a great job!

It's some of the oddest stuff that seems to be going on when it comes down to specific personal working out of a few locations, where it seem as if certain characters are all about attacking people if they chooses not following along with what they say and do, then having the audacity to constantly preach about Fairness and Equality, yet a person can clearly see that that specifically means for them and nobody else, trampling over others Civil and Moral Liberties!

If you ever have any business account related questions, then ask for Kwestan Khatat. She's extremely polite, to the point, explains everything in detail and doesn't try to sell you unnecessary stuff and will genuinely try to help you out. That might sound like normal stuff but try visiting BB&T or BOA and see what a nightmare they are. Would highly recommend this branch!!
