Bait and switch. They list items for sale and hope you don't notice that they aren't on sale when you check out. This management team has done what I thought was the impossible - they've made the Fairfax store look good.

This review is for Johnny. You ask him for details and he lies. He legit couldn't answer or give any information. I am making a second trip since he couldn't exhibit any bit of customer service. Hopefully, it can be fixed.

I'm not sure if the manager of this location could be any more incompetent. I went to return an item today, that of my order, $3 was from a gift card. My return order was $8. They had to give me a gift card and the cashier was insistent that "the computer told her so." So when she asked her manager, who clearly has no brain, she said "that's what the computer was telling her." I told her okay if you think about it, that makes zero sense. Why am I getting a gift card for more than the return when I also paid by credit card. "It's just what the computer says." How about you take a second to understand why the system is doing that? I tried to tell the incompetent manager that and she tried to get sassy with me. Makes sense why you work at Walmart. Zero brain cells.

Absolutely bunch of incompetent idiots! They can't do the simplest things like putting an sku or UPC number into a computer to see if they have it in stock, where do they hire these idiots from and why the hell don't they train them? I avoid Walmart like a plague.

This place only hires people from Nepal and no one else for cashiers. I spoke to the manager and she had no straight answer to my demand of better customer service! 20 minutes for me to pay 2 items! And no Apple Pay...we need to do better! is not the answer! Hire diversity!!!

Two checkers open on a Sunday afternoon. Each with 6 carts deep. The self checkout? Backed up to customer service. Left the cart with 5 items in it, not going to spend 20+ minutes in line for 5 items. Will shop elsewhere and never come back here.

I loved this place. They had great deals, low prices and amazing offers. The only thing I would change about this place is the bags. The bags cost 5 cents each. If only the bags were free and I didn't have to bring my own or pay for the full price. Overall this is a pretty good place besides the bags.

This may sound weird, but the layout of this Walmart Super-center made "shopping sense". The placement of aisles and departments around the store had what I considered a natural flow AND their in-stocks were AMAZING! Having in-stocks in a retailer like Walmart is hard in general, yet couple that with during a pandemic and with the supply chain issues and I was floored at the amount of product that readily available. There were also lots of cashiers available and checking out was a breeze. This was truly a pleasant Walmart trip and as many know, most reviews of Walmart don't tell this tale. KUDOS to this store team!

Am always amazed at the idiosyncratic store merch in this area of northern Virginia. This Walmart is no exception.Found something automotive that no one else in the area had. Absolutely huge store, amazing selection. If you can't find something Walmart carries, suggest looking here.As usual for this district, "adult beverages" exceptionally well represented. Not much milk selection or dedicated space ..... No skim milk at all, literally none. Some paper shortages were evident. Interesting.Nice store. Would return.
