This is a review of the pharmacy - it is HORRIBLE. I wish this rating was just applicable to this Walgreens but it is applicable to EVERY Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to across three different states in VA, MA, and IL. I am Type 1 Diabetic and take blood pressure medications. A. They rarely have what I need in stock and ALWAYS have to order it B. Even though I order the same prescriptions every three months they say that the insurance will not cover what my Dr. prescribed and always end up calling the insurance for the same thing (this may not be entirely them - United Healthcare sucks too). C. The pharmacists/staff do not seem to care that I need these medications to stay alive. I order them 1 to 2 weeks before I need them, get a message/text telling me they are ready, and they rarely are. Then when I get there I'm informed they can't fill the order because they don't have all the pills/insulin. When I just tell them to give me what they have and I can get the rest later when they have it they say the insurance won't let them do that (part of this is on United Healthcare too - don't know why they don't allow partial fills - it cost them the same money). Then they have to call the insurance to get authorization for a partial fill - this happens every time I order for them and happens at every Walgreens at every state I have been too. The pharmacist does not care - I have to prod them every time stating I have to have the medication to stay alive and prod them to coordinate with the insurance to issue me a partial delivery. This has happened at EVERY WALMART I have been to across three different states. Walgreens as a company and a pharmacy is HORRIBLE.

I just put one start because there isnt a lower review I could provide. I can see that there are so many negative google reviews but in vain. Maybe its time we adress this issue about walgreen services at a place where some action would be taken.The service is absoultely pathetic and they always send me back when I go to collect my prescription and blame it on my insurance. Wen i had gone a second time to collect the prescription, they said it was still not ready and to come back. I was so done had called my doctors office and moved the pharmacy to walmart and guess what? I got it immediately with no fuss.Is there any one going to take action on this or is this review, like the others going to be in Vain?

Would never use Walgreens pharmacy. We needed to fill a prescription and they had 36 of 40 pills, the Aldi location also had 36 of the 40 we needed. The pharmacist said we could get five of the 36 pills and then be put on back order with an unknown ship date or we could call our doctor and tell them that we actually didn't need 40 pills. We could only need 36 so that they could fill it which is surprising because I thought that she was a pharmacist and not a doctor so she shouldn't be prescribing anything but I guess at Walgreens they do. The best part was there's a sign at the counter when you go to pick up that says sometimes prescriptions will be picked up at multiple pharmacies and I asked specifically about that and said well you have 72 pills between the two pharmacies? Can I get 40 by picking up part at each pharmacy and they said no they wouldn't do that for me either. Since I wasn't comfortable with a pharmacist prescribing medication for my wife instead of her doctor prescribing the medication I had to leave and find a different place to get the prescription filled.

The worst place to get vaccinated, I made an appointment with my daughters and the information on the site was totally different from what they say. Worse customer service, it seems like they have no experience to do their job.

THE WORST PHARMACY YOU COULD POSSIBLY GO TO!!!, very un professional, the medication is there but the employee can not read English!!!, in the pharmacy!!!, you have to wait 20 minutes for them to find your medication, is this America?? WOW!!!The med is there and the assuming foreign employee is giving you distraction questions to confuse you that the med is not ready, this is not a first time, there are no management in that pharmacy!!!!!!!!!something has to be done!!

It took me THREE trip to get my vaccine!Made an appointment for a vaccine shot. Arrived on time; but after 25 minutes, they could not figure out the insurance part. Called 1.5 hours later, they said they have gotten through the insurance and asked me to return the next day for the shot.After arriving at Walgreens at a time they requested, I was told that they run out of vaccine(!). But they couldn't call me to let me know because they had just arrived at work at 1:00 PM. And they were asking me to complete some forms (which was completed when I made the appointment online)!Had to return to Walgreens for the third time to get the vaccine!

Went in to buy few things - shaving needs etc. it was expensive as compared to other shops like Walmart. Walgreens has photo services and other stuff . I like their photo service .I got my stuff but the billing tookkkkk a longgggg time . Only one person helping for billing and there was someone with so many coupons holding up the line . Atlast , after 10-15 mins someone else came and opened another billing counter . I really thought of keeping off everything and walking away but someone came and helped right away. Lots of parking outside . Average experience.. ⭐️⭐️

Hardly do they ever have your prescriptions in supply; always back-ordered, even the commonest medications. Tired of this place.

Love this Walgreens. Super convenient & the staff is always so friendly. I'm always here picking up random stuff. In general, the prices are high but they usually have good coupons and sales.

What is wrong with this place???My perceptions are always “back ordered “My insulin and diabetic perceptions are not something that I can go without!!Things have really gone downhill at this pharmacy in the past few months. The pharmacist could care less about getting the medication that are lifesaving and does nothing to prevent the backlog of medications that are “out of stock “I was told to call back daily to see if they got my diabetic meds in. I called back and was hung up on.Changing pharmacy is not as easy as you think. Please get it together. Peoples lives depend on you!!

Always find what I'm looking for and staff is always helpful. I went to print a picture on the self serve photo kiosk only to find out they don't print right then and there and Ryan was super polite and helpful and told me he would print my picture for me right there instead of waiting a week to get it. I appreciated it as it was a memorial photo I needed today! I do think they should upgrade to the print immediately kiosks so people can do more pictures on their own and have them instantly for these kinds of instances.

This Walgreens is fine if you simply need to pick up a snack or two. I am pretty sure the employees are completely unaware how their photo or FedEx drop off system works at any given momentI ordered cards online on cardstock for pick up from this location. When I arrived, luckily I checked before I went home because they were printed on flimsy paper and not the cardstock I had paid extra for. The images were also poorly printed despite being high resolution uploads. The employees were confused as to why I was unhappy with my order and I asked them to reprint on cardstock. They proceeded to tell me "it prints on the paper in the printer" then why are there even different paper options at this location?The employees didn't really understand my concerns and I was given a discount and not even a refund for the incorrect and poor product. I didn't bother arguing because I don't think they genuinely understood what my concern was. It was a waste of time and I ended up having to order from a different company altogether. For FedEx shipping: I have dropped packages off here several times and each time the process is different and the employees take a while to tinker with the system, don't know the password, etc. It just seems that no one really cares or knows what's going on despite having ample staffing and being empty the majority of the time I'm there. Usually it seems to be a time suck for me if I need these services.

Took me 40 minutes to get a flu shot that I had an appointment for. I booked an appointment here bc it’s by far the closest pharmacy to my house but it genuinely would’ve taken less time to drive to cvs, get my shot, and drive back. 5 minutes at the window to speak to someone, 15 minutes for the staff member to put in my insurance info because he kept making mistakes, 5 minutes to give me one form to fill, and another 15 to get my actual shot. Most people don’t have time to waste on things like this and you are genuinely making things inaccessible. Will not be coming back here. Get more/better trained staff.
