I stopped by to pick up prescriptions for my elderly mother, then discovered after getting to her home that they did not fill all of her prescriptions. I then waited on hold on the phone for over 45 minutes until I actually got to talk to someone in the pharmacy. You wait on hold for a few minutes ,then someone picks up for 3 seconds to tell you to hold, and then you find yourself in the purgatory of being on hold again. This happened at least a dozen times over the 45 minute time span until I eventually spoke to someone in the pharmacy. I am a physician and call pharmacies all the time, but have never had an experience like this with any other pharmacy I've dealt with. I wound up just driving back to the pharmacy to try and talk with someone in-person, and they simply said that they forgot to fill the prescription, so I had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be filled. lTerrible, terrible service. Really no way to run a business.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to the pharmacist who was able to fill my Rx for Aimovig 140mg at the very last minute when all other Walgreens in our area (Bristow/Gainesville) were not able to get it in stock today (delivery truck not running due to holiday until Monday). She was so kind, helpful and esp understanding with how I did NOT want to go thru the weekend nor start the New Year with a debilitating migraine. Unfortunately my husband was not able to catch her name (she was on the phone when he arrived to pick it up, so he could not ask her, and pharmacy closed at 5pm), but I just had to let Walgreens know that they have a fantastic & caring employee at their Chantilly pharmacy! Thank you

The worse pharmacy we've ever been to. They have 5 people working behind the counter but only one register open to help people. No direction for anyone since there is a line for the vaccine and prescription pick up, so it's a cluster f**** One for just waking around organizing bins when there is like 15 people waiting. Don't go here, pick literally any other pharmacy!

This Rx area is just a mess. Poor, rude service. COVID has stressed us all but this place has certainly forgot about its customers. At least six people 'working'. Four customers waiting for at least 30 minutes, not vaccination has been given out.

This store's pharmacy is the worst ever. I went inside to pick up my meds a couple of weeks ago after I got a call from them that my prescription was ready. I get there and they get my id and insurance card and then start working on my prescription. Not only that, while one pharmacist was working on my prescription, the second one was just standing there and watching and talking to her. I decided to go through the drive thru and it was the exact same thing. It took me twenty minutes to get to the window with just two cars in front of me. I get there and it's the same story again. The pharmacist gets my name and then starts working on my meds. I had had surgery a week before and could barely stand. But sucked it up. The sad part is that by the time I got my prescription, there were seven other people waiting in line behind me. Why do they bother to call to say my prescription is ready when it's not. By the time I left the pharmacy, I'd been there for 30 minutes. To say the service is pathetic would be an understatement!!!!! Gosh these pharmacists need to get their act together!!!! I used to live in Herndon and used the CVS on McLearen Road. Boy were they fast. I never in my 20 years of using this pharmacy had to wait in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Something needs to be done and more customers need to raise their voice so that something can be done for patients who are there because they are ill and need some folks who show they actually care. Otherwise don't be a pharmacist.

I use this walgreens ALL the time, tonight I walk in around 9:45 and the manager was just following me around and making me very uncomfortable. He kept staring and following and then proceeded to tell the employees to "keep an eye" on me. I finally had enough and dropped what I had and walked out. Told the manager with dark long hair I was gonna write a yelp review. Here ya go. Don't harrass the patrons spending money to look cool in front of high school girls ya creep

This rating is for the Pharmacy only. This location USED to be a great pharmacy. Everyone is different and no one cares. Once this nice man left the store for another job opportunity, it appeared it all went downhill. He greeted you, was efficient and professional. That is long gone at this pharmacy now. No one smiles or says hello. Once I stood at the window for 10 minutes. They were talking. Not to customers to one another. I finally said, "hello can I get help here?" I was ignored. I don't even see the same pharmacists. They get our insurance info confused EVERY time. Now the people who come to the window are most unprofessional, ignore you, never smile, act as if you are a royal pain because you wish to pick up your RX. The pharmacists are no better. I used to be able to ask a question. I asked if I could the other day and she ROLLED her eyes. I loved the location, I liked the drive-thru. But I will not give another cent to this location. Sadly it's a nice store and I have always had a good experience until the last several months. Each time we go there is an issue. (pharmacy only!) They text and tell us it's ready. You get there, it's not ready and heaven forbid he had to look in the computer. He sighed loudly, made noises and then turned and walked away. Left us standing there as if we were invisible. When finally I asked if he had my Rx, he put his hand up as if "talk to the hand" WTH? That was the last straw for us. He needs to be fired. Not replicated as it seems in the entire pharmacy! Go elsewhere for your RX, you will have far less stress, mistakes and frustration.

I have been going to this pharmacy for about 10 years now. They have been through different pharmacists over the years but every single pharmacist that I meet here works with such a kindness and clear information. I highly recommended this place for your prescriptions.

I'm a chicken when it comes to getting shots, and called a few pharmacies, hoping to find a pharmacist who sounded gentle when. needing a flu shot. Bullseye! I wish I remembered her name, but she talked me off the ledge, making me laugh, and drove there despite many other pharmacies being closer. Painless and comfortable, like visiting with a friend, not that I let friends polk me in the arm.

Do not even bother trying to use this location for shipping packages (fedex drop-off or the new Narvar system). They NEVER have anyone at the desk working and when I requested that someone help me, I was rudely yelled at by an employee who appeared to have just gotten off a long smoke break. Completely horrible, incompetent customer service and ignorant of the services that Walgreens offers online.

There always seems to be something going wrong at this Walgreens. My friend ordered a poster size photo for her bridal shower and told me she paid online. I went to pick up the photo on my way to the shower and of course, Walgreens systems are down and they only take cash. I didn't have cash but said that's fine, my friend already paid online. Turns out even if you do that online, the payment doesn't go through until they scan it, and they couldn't do that because the system was down. The manager was at the cash register and was saying there's nothing they can do. I was trying to think of creative ways and suggested they keep the tag and I take the pic but he was making it out to seem like it's my fault and Walgreens hands are tied. As someone who's worked in retail I knew for a fact if he wanted to help me out I could have, because a 8 dollar picture isn't worth losing a customer. I was about to leave to go to my shower with no picture but luckily there was an angel behind me who offered to pay for my picture. FYI the picture was grainy as well, which normally happens when you order pics from this Walgreens.

I used to enjoy going to Walgreens but today was the last straw. I was there for almost 2 hours waiting on a prescription. People in line were irate and one even got the manager to come out to help the understaffed pharmacy. It seemed to have to do with flu shots and the pharmacist had to do shots and filling prescriptions. It was crazy. And she kept helping others instead of taking care of who was there longest. It was ridiculous.
