I took my Tesla Model Y in for an alignment, but noticed the steering wheel was still a bit off-center due to a minor suspension issue. I emailed the shop about it, and the next day, Hany, the staff manager, called me. He offered to personally handle the alignment if I could drop off the car. Hany spent a couple of days fine-tuning everything, and the results are outstanding. The steering wheel is now perfectly straight, and the car drives flawlessly. I’m really impressed with how well he addressed the issue and exceeded my expectations. Hany’s dedication and effort were exceptional, and I’m very grateful for his help.

Thank you so much Hanny and Cris! They helped put on Virginia plates on my car, my car didn’t have anything at the front but they did it for me no problem. Everyone at this location is very friendly! I moved from Georgia to Virginia recently and I think I have found my new favorite car service place.

Failed in multiple ways, which was especially frustrating considering that we came in with a tire that was irreparable. Tire plus mounting was $500. This is way high. I should have walked then. I learned later that they had misbalanced and mismounted the new tire. Tire was leaking slowly. Returned to location and their first attempt was to blame all the TPMS sensors as failing. Requested they try again and after they dunked it, they found the failed mount with air leaking from the bead. Upon pickup attempted to CHARGE for the repair. After protesting, finally the shop foreman handed me the key and said have a nice day (best part of whole experience). Tire was horribly out of balance causing wobble over 65mph. Wheel was found with way too many weights, which was discovered at local indepedent shop who got everything sorted out. Problem solved. I don't know if this location is particularly bad, but I'll never go to a VA Tire and Auto ever again.

From start to finish, an amazing customer service experience.
Chris (short, dark haired woman; great smile; extremely personable) found my tire.
Kenny, the GM, approved someone to stay late to get the job done.
Taylor, the mechanic knew what he was doing and didn't seem to mind the occasional question while he was working on my car.
South Riding Tire & Auto should be the training grounds for all other stores. Knowledge, customer care and service were beyond reproach.
You've got a new loyal customer.

I had an appointment to get 4 new tires installed at 10:30AM. After two hours of seeing my car up on the lift with no tires on it, I asked if there was an issue to be told a new employee and the manager were working on the car and they were being slow. After three hours I asked again and were told we were waiting on paperwork. After thirty more minutes I asked a third time and was told waiting to Aline the tires. At the that point I asked to speak to the manager and he said it would be at least another hour and he was sorry for the time. At that point I told the manager I would never return. Magically he got the alinment done in about twenty minutes so four hours to get four tires installed with an appointment. So my last visit

???This shop is where I have all my 5 cars serviced. Very friendly staff and trustworthy business. Visited recently and attended by a new front desk, Cris, she was so nice, patient and detailed in the services I needed, including coupons on discounts. Strongly recommended the shop to go!

I would give zero stars if I could. Made an appointment yesterday for a tire patch. They said would take about an hour but I may be there 1.5 hours depending on how many cars they have in the bay. When I arrived the employee told me they don’t have appointments it’s just a “check-in” time and I would have to wait my turn in the extensive line. The confirmation email they sent literally says you take priority over any walk ins by making an appointment. Seems to be a disconnect and they didn’t care, I left because I was only on break from work and didn’t have “hours” but after that I wouldn’t trust them to repair my tire

I have been screwed over by front desk person Holly who through the technician told me my passenger side wheel hub was cracked, control arms bend too much, 2 studs broken and one stud stripped off of just the passenger side tire.
Car has been in no accidents. Wanted to keep my car for a week for parts to arrive causing me to miss my 4th of July family get togethers. I paid ahead so they could leave the key with the car that when I got off late I could still get my car.
In addition without telling me anything charged me 80$ for a tire protection policy and this tires& charge saying easy installation and worry free driving package for another 120$… up charging without telling me anything until I get the receipt.
I understand something’s can go wrong and delays/ additional charges are sometimes necessary to complete the job… overall I would say I’m not coming back because my trust was destroyed either cause of lack of communication between the front desk and the technician, directly lying to me, possible fault on technician (making the customer pay for it), up charging or lack of accountability I was shown. Virginia Auto and tire has a very good customer service. They are awesome, specifically Cris in the front desk and Hany is the manager in the workshop. I recommend any one to go there. Good service, high quality,and affordable prices

Please make Miss. Cris takes the human skills training. She is cold, very slow & hard to hear her. She got busy with the PC trying to look up my vehicle information for like 5 mine without even updating me on what is going on. After the cold silence 5 mins, she asked me which car, I responded to her, she told the diagnostic fee & I said wow! She said very unprofessionally “okay, yeah that is what it is” & I was like. Okay bye.

There are by far Better locations than this. Don't succumb to local business being ur choice for this place... drive to another location if at all possible. Muhammad and his crew aren't pressed with expedient service, not when they can"FIND" issues with ur car that were Literally Fixed weeks b4 coming here. "Slow & Scam" comes to mind, Will always PASS up the Chance to have work done here, ever again!
