Today I encountered the worst service and the most incompetent store clerk. I lost my phone and planned to get a new SIM card. A young guy served me. His attitude was extremely indifferent, constantly yawning, and throughout the whole process, he was busy texting on his own phone with his own business. When I told him my phone was lost and I needed to change the SIM card, he even texted my lost phone for verification codes, twice. He couldn't provide any assistance. I originally planned to buy a new phone in the store, but I decisively left and went to another Verizon store to solve the problem. The manager of this store really needs to train the staff better. Better to try the store in FairOks mall. The staff in there are much more nice and clever

Second time coming in again with a long wait, waited over 45 mins to activate a SIM card walked out after not getting any help.

The assistant, Pablo was able to answer all questions and cover various savings options quickly in a process that normally takes a long time when you’re buying a new phone. Mine was a great experience.

Terrible experience from the second my wife and I walked in the store. The only employee working was helping an older lady - he was being rude and told her that he couldn’t help with her issue. He then started tell my wife that he was unable to help with her eSIM issue and said she would have to call customer service. He rolled his eyes, and chuckled when I asked for a better solution. His customer service was horrible and when I asked for his name he refused to share. He refused to share the managers name as well. I told him “you work for Verizon and we have a Verizon related issued - please tell us how to move forward” he responded by stating he worked for Vector - not Verizon…he was clearly unhappy to be at work and took it out on the customers. He told me to leave before he called the cops - instead of attempting to resolve the situation and apologize for treated numerous customers bad, he forced us to leave the store. Highly unprofessional and represents Verizon in a very negative way.UPDATE - I have emailed the provided “customer support” email 4x and received no update or response. It is disappointing to post a reply to my comment and act as if my matter would be addressed just to completely ignore it.

First visit in, the young lady told me an app I use was not working correctly because my phone only had 4G. Desperate to get the app to work correctly (because my job at the time depended on it) I went ahead and traded my phone that worked perfectly, in. Well, got the new Samsung 23. App still did not work correctly. Also, on top of that the maps were unable to connect to gps half the time during deliveries. Anyone who depends on this to deliver to unknown places knows that is unacceptable. After repeated visits back into the store to do adjustments I had enough and took the manager up on the offer to replace since I was still in the 30-day window. Went back in to get the phone and they attempted to charge me for a set up and restocking fee. Stood my ground as this did not fly with me so I left with the newest phone. That phone ALSO has gps issues. Thankfully, I have since changed jobs so it's not still causing daily headaches. The most RIDICULOUS part is I did this in May and the girl there did not even put in the promo for the trade in. I called Verizon 2 mos ago and was assured the next bill would reflect a (perfectly working) phone trade in credit. Just got the next months bill and still not credited!!! At the mercy of this company once again and it sucks!! avoid this store!!!!!!

Slowest and worst service. Takes over 3 days (and counting) to do something that should be done in 10 minutes. Drive to another state and you’ll get faster service than this place.

I gave my phone as a trade in and never got the credit for it , they stole it , after i called verizon nothing got resolved. Do not go there
