“Friendly staff, they accidentally stocked a product of different flavor behind the one I pointed to. And I didn’t realize until I got to the parking lot. They happily exchanged it for the correct product. I was really worried that I was SOL, as other shops I’ve been to as soon as you walk out the door they treat you like “not my problem.” They’ve made a lifelong customer out of me.”
