We just got our kitchen finished a few weeks ago.After dealing with a nightmare of a contractor for our master bathroom, we were worried we would have a similar experience for the kitchen. Fortunately, my worries were unwarranted in this case.Here’s my feedback on each phase of the project:Design and Quote: Part of the reason why we chose USA Cabinet store is that Miyuki was very upfront. Most of the other places that we worked with for our initial quote slapped together everything we asked for without consideration of the ergonomics and overall look. Miyuki actively gave us feedback on what would work, what wouldn’t work, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything that we didn't need. The quote was competitive with the other quotes that we received.Demo and Build: Richard and his team were incredibly detail oriented, and proactively communicative for any potential issues or concerns that could alter how they approached the project (my house was built in a very strange way). I very rarely had to bring up any concerns because I was able to trust their work. They were also respectful of our home and property.

I could not recommend this place more if you’re looking to renovate your kitchen. Fatima, one of the designers here, was phenomenal and a pleasure to work with. She incorporated the ideas I had in a gorgeous design that that also kept function top priority. Tariq, the store manager, was also wonderful in keeping everyone on the construction side on schedule, finishing the whole project quicker than we expected (in about 5 weeks). Everyone here was honestly a pleasure to work with. What was most surprising is how the end result looked better than what the already great 3d designs looked like during early stages.

We had an opportunity to work with Miyuki on our kitchen redesign. She took her time giving us multiple options for renovating our space. We walked out of the showroom amazed at how well she had transformed our 1950’s era kitchen into a modern looking streamlined showpiece. Highly recommend her to be your designer

These guys were outstanding from initial design to the last screw and beyond. We had our master bathroom and vanity area remodeled, including replacing a tub with a walk-in shower, new tile flooring, cabinets, plumbing and lighting fixtures and counters. Their designer, Miyuki, worked with us to come up with plans and fixture selections to complement and complete our skeletal plans and ideas. How Miyuki knew what we would like we haven’t figured out. They worked to keep our costs down, too. Their work crews, especially Edward, Richard, and Eric, were polite, communicative, flexible, punctual. They cleaned up daily and impacted our living situation in the least way possible during the job. Not to mention their work was excellent. Even the wallpaper design was positioned to best complement the other fixtures. The only glitches were we got a low flow shower head which we didn’t expect. However, that was easily resolved at no cost. (Check Youtube…) And due to a midstream design change we requested, we had to wait a few weeks for some additional drawer handles which they came back to install. Job duration to usability again was about 3 ½ weeks.

We worked with Miyuki at USA Cabinet Store to remodel our kitchen after a neighbor recommended her to us. Miyuki is FABULOUS! She is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and was always reachable throughout our project. She doesn't use a cookie cutter design and does a great job tailoring her input to the client's personality and style. She was responsive to our needs, but provided ideas of her own as well, almost all of which we ultimately incorporated into the final design. Eric was equally motivated to deliver and was also responsive to our questions and requests. Richard and his crew were absolutely outstanding and were the stars of the project. They are amazingly hard workers, skilled at their craft, take pride in their work, clean up after themselves every single day, and are respectful of your home. Our kitchen remodel was a complete gut and involved modifying the overall footprint. From start to finish, it took a mere 3 1/2 weeks and the finished product was perfection. Without question, we will be reaching out to Miyuki again for additional projects in the near future. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team! For years I had been living with a primary bathroom that was just awful. Really. I mean GAWD AWFUL. Miyuki used her visionary magic to redesign a fantastic space that actually enhanced the oddly placed windows and strange plumbing configuration. Eric and his crew gutted the old bath and reimaged it with the expertise required to bring the design to fruition. I don’t even know where to begin except to start by saying thank you, thank you, thank you, Gina, Tarik, Eric and Morat! My wife and I recently bought a townhouse and wanted to remodel our kitchen - adding an island and a large amount of pantry storage. We set up an appointment with Gina at the Chantilly store, meeting Tarik during the appointment, and once we met them, we immediately felt relieved. My wife said to me on the way back to our vehicle after our appointment that she felt completely relaxed and confident in using USA Cabinet Store. Gina, you are nothing less than amazing! We felt so confident in your abilities and your easygoing manner was a blessing to us. You kept in contact with us through the whole process, which was so appreciated. The installation crew that came out, led by Eric and Morat, was professional, friendly, and they did a fantastic job! The cabinets and counter top were installed on time and are both incredible! And, once the job was completed, it was just as if the cabinets had been there all along... You have no idea how refreshing working with all of you has been, and I will recommend you to everyone! God bless you Gina, Tarik, Eric and Morat, you are very special people. Please promise me you will share this with your management. They are so lucky to have you! USA Cabinet Store did a fantastic job on my custom kitchen full scale remodel. Miyuki was our designer and she was extremely detail oriented and really helped optimize our space while meeting our needs and preferences. Eric was our project manager and he was equally detail oriented and professional and a dream to work with. He kept in constant communication with us during the project and was hands on and on site.Our kitchen came out amazing - beautiful and functional. We are SO glad that we worked with USA Cabinet Store for our kitchen renovation. When we first started working with our designer, Gina, it was clear that she understood our vision and what we needed and wanted. She took the initiative to design multiple layout options for our kitchen, and we ended up choosing a new kitchen layout that is more functional and space-efficient than anything we could have come up with ourselves. Gina met with us multiple times during the design process and offered great suggestions that aligned with our style. The final design was exactly what we wanted and more. Once the crew started the demo, we felt very supported in the process. There was constant communication with the contractor and project manager, and we were kept in the loop about every step and included in all the decisions. The crew was very professional and skilled, and completed our project faster than what was expected. The communication was open throughout the entire process, and the work was top-notch.
