My package keeps getting delayed for no reason and haven’t received it for weeks. I tried calling them but get stuck on the tracking number cause they don’t understand it.

Asked for package to be delivered after 5:30 and was told it was an ok accommodation- driver still tried to deliver at 12:26. Asked for redelivery after 6pm. Driver reported I wasn’t home at 8:44 when I’ve been home since 5:30. The text was delivered around 9:15 meaning he made it back to warehouse and then lied so he wouldn’t have to redeliver.

You call and he responds to you using the automatic call feature. The result is that you do not find anyone to help you and you do not find the request.Bad bad bad bad

Delayed package, sitting in Chantilly, VA customer center for the last 7 days, no details offered, the 1(888) number is totally worthless, tried to log in to see if I can go to the customer center and my package, it didn’t work, the package is a birthday gift that looks like it will be here for next year birthday, UPS you are missing up my plans.

Since I can’t talk to customer service without a tracking number I will share here in hopes management sees. Unsafe driver working presumably for this branch, failed to yield when turning left into oncoming traffic at a busy intersection in a shopping center and created a hazardous condition for other vehicles on the road. Driver then gave my child the middle finger as we passed him turning onto the highway… real classy.

Terrible customer service in Chantilly VA, I can't find my package. no one wants to help. I do not recommend using the services. I am very disappointed with your services! I have to take the day off and wait all day for delivery! will you pay me for my working day? There is no exact time when I will be able to receive this. terrible service! terrible employees

Terrible. I’ve spoken to three different people even a manager to resolve my situation all of them offered me solutions which I believed were truth but far from it I was told my package would be quicker if signed up for my choice and that it would be free I signed up and they made me pay 5.99 to pick up my own package that I already paid a shipping fee on I said it’s okay as long as I get my package faster which was promised I was told my package was delivered at 8:30 to the access point and I could pick it up so I thought I’d double check and call the man that said it was truly not there and if it would come it would come at 11:30 if not I’d have to wait til Monday guess what it surely did not arrive so I called at 12:00 requested a managers help who insured me I would be picking up my package THAT DAY so I believed her said she would call for updates no call no updates I’ve called and called waited an hour on the wait no answer they’re refusing to service me so morale of the situation don’t call this place for help they will provide false promises and make your situation harder.

Just had a fantastic customer service experience. Young man helped me with packaging my item and suggested the best shipping box to protect the contents I was trying to send, and advised that my recipient must be awake and available to receive it at 8am for next day first delivery (or it will delay the parcel). Wish he had a name tag or I’d thank him by name!

I recently had the worst experience with UPS, I was keep sending and receiving packages with them just fine. But last week when it comes to a valuable item (in my case iPhone and a Charger) they just lost my package! I mean that is weird that of all the packages they can lost, they just lost the iPhone inside the package and informed me they found the “empty” package.When I was sending the package I never was informed by the staff that it is better to insure the item since they knew it was a phone! I told them myself to help me chose the best packaging for it!!!I was so mindful of the type of package I am buying I totally forgot about the insurance and yet never informed that UPS is only going to cover for max $100 compensation on lost items without insurance!
