I am writing this review 8 years after I purchased a car here. I bought my first car here in 2014 and I am back to say, it was such a great buy! The Honda Accord I purchased turned out to be very reliable and was reasonably priced.

Great customer service. Honest dealings and professional. First, the negative. It is located in a crowded complex, sharing space with several other used car lots, garages and car shops. There is very little parking and the waiting area is nowhere near as nice as a chain dealership. BUT, they volunteered to valet my car as soon as I arrived. The car that I came for had just sold but they had another similar one that was being detailed. They grabbed it from the shop and we took it for a test drive. The next day, we found out that they would deliver it for us 20 miles away free of charge. And after arranging payment, I accidentally took the key with me so someone had to come out and get the key (and my check). As I write, they are delivering the car. They answered all my questions patiently and quickly.

Was happy at first with the service. Happy with my vehicle I purchased but the service after I bought it is a joke. I cant get ahold of anyone about things they were supposed to take care of. When I do get ahold of someone I get no answers and get told they will call me back. Not once have I ever gotten a call back. It's been almost 2 months I've gotten beat around the bush with everything

Sam was the best sales guy ever. Awesome character. He is detailed with transactions and we drove away with the car we came for in a couple of hours.
