This is my go to store! Employees are always super patient when I cart in my load of Amazon returns and need to look up various labels. Really appreciate that they don't seem to mind!

I would not recommend this location for a Postal Box. I rented a PO box from this location for about a year and received disappointing service. When I first reserved the box, it did not have a key- it took them over a week to provide me a key, after I had to manually follow up (daily...) to find out if it was ready. When they lost a package, they did not care or express any concern for how it could have disappeared. The staff there always seems unhappy, and they do not have any interest in assisting customers. This is my least favorite business location in Northern Virginia... because of the staff that work there.

They don’t use name tags so employee 206335 as on my receipt was extremely rude. He wouldn’t respond to questions nor was he situationally aware of the information on my packaging. I pointed these addresses out to him that he was asking for I was sending him an email for another package that they were charging me two extra dollars to print and he refused to look at the information provided. So he waited until I was done and then I provided the address verbally to which he got wrong twice. Bizarre experience. Dude was on autopilot or hated his life for sure.
He mailed my packages though so 3 stars ⭐️

Awful! Avoid at all costs. Lost my package despite highest priority and signature required. Would not reimburse for contents only shipping costs.

The white guy at this store really enjoys causing trouble for people of other races. He should serve everyone just as he would white customers; after all, he's just a UPS employee and has no privilege to discriminate. Also, the truck driver who comes in the afternoon, looking strong and burly, is actually a Snow White. Complaining that the cargo is too heavy and looking for excuses, he won’t even hold the door for an elderly person. This store is notoriously known for its racial discrimination, which is truly sad.

I am deeply disheartened to report a profoundly negative experience at this UPS store, specifically with one of the male staff members and a UPS driver, whose behaviors starkly reflected racial prejudice and unnecessary provocation. The driver's demeanor was, unfortunately, consistently arrogant, a disposition that has no place in a customer service context. It's distressing to witness such attitudes in a professional setting, where respect and impartiality should govern interactions. The notion that anyone should assert superiority over another on the basis of arriving "earlier" in a location or belonging to a certain race is not only outdated but fundamentally wrong. We live in a diverse society where every individual deserves equal treatment and respect, irrespective of their background. Such conduct not only tarnishes the reputation of UPS but also violates the basic principles of decency and equality. I strongly urge the management to address this matter seriously and ensure that all customers receive fair and respectful service, fostering a welcoming environment for everyone.

I am writing this review with profound disappointment in Chantilly UPS. Approximately a month ago, I intended to send my sister's ear pods to Montreal, as she had left them during her visit to the US. I visited the UPS store in Chantilly, where the employee requested a total payment of $46 without providing sufficient information. However, upon receipt, UPS asked my sister to pay over $140, attributing this cost to the fact that US UPS considered it a gift and required it to be a new product. Consequently, I had to repurchase the items through UPS because they were considered "used." Regrettably, the UPS office owner merely offered an apology without taking responsibility or rectifying their mistake. To add insult to injury, they informed me that I would need to pay an additional $95 if I wished to return the items, which feels akin to theft. Their lack of accountability is truly disheartening.

Worst and rudest customer service ever. They missed the package to process on the current day, so my package wasted a day in the store and which delayed the delivery although I bought labels for Next day air saver Frustrating. Please don’t go to this store.
