Working with the Tile Shop on our bathroom remodel was a great experience. We worked with Shana and she was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, very personable and professional. She was very patient with my husband and I, as we had differing tastes for what the end result would be but she took it in stride when we changed our designs, and was very helpful in showing us different options for which tile to use over a few trips to the Tile Shop. Her design eye was excellent, and she showed us different patterns and designs we would not have thought of ourselves, as well as other accessories for the bathroom that made the project complete and pulled it all together. She was helpful throughout the entire process and coordinated with us and our contractors to make sure that all the materials were delivered timely, and when one item was missed from the inventory, she went the extra mile to make sure that we got a replacement quickly. I will definitely recommend Tile Shop and Shana to any friends looking to remodel.

I started my journey at the Tile Shop with Ann. I came with specific ideas in the tile that I wanted for my bathroom remodel. With Ann’s patience, guidance and help, not one of my ideas came to fruition. What I ended up with was beyond what I imagined. Ann was patient as we worked together to try various tile designs and recommended design enhancements. I now have a bathroom where all the tile complements each other. I can’t thank Ann enough for her design aptitude and for making this an enjoyable experience.

Had a great experience working with Shauna and Ann to help in upgrading bathrooms. Both ladies were very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I was very indecisive in choosing a shower wall. Both ladies were very accommodating and patient with helping me choose the right pattern and colors.
