The success of a business hinges on how well the staff interact and connect with customers. Ms. Caitlyn actually recalled my initial inquiry from a few weeks ago, so when I came in with my granddaughter, she reminded me of my own interests!
We made a same day visit and my 4 year old granddaughter was holding tightly to my finger. The center was bright, clean and well laid out. When we got there, the other 4 year olds were outside. When she saw them, my granddaughter lit up and wanted to join them right away.
When they came in, a couple of the kids introduced themselves. Kids can be so amazing and welcoming! And my granddaughter decided right then that she'd be returning the next day.
We are so grateful for the warm reception and the company's flexibility. Thank you so much!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but in this case I chose to make an exception. During our time searching for care for our little one, we toured many centers in the area. We decided on this one because of the exceptional service and responsiveness of center staff. We have had a wonderful experience at this center. The staff are warm and inviting. The teachers are caring and attentive and communication is clear and consistent. We are so glad we decided on The Learning Experience Chantilly. 10 out of 10.

My kids have attended the learning experience for close to 5 years. Ms. Esera , Ms. Dream, Ms. Pharene and the management team are the reason why I haven’t left. I trust these lovely individuals with my children. They have learned, laughed, and loved during their time at TLE. So to the staff who makes coming back daily an easy choice my family and I say THANK YOU!!!!

We have been going to TLE for over a year now. Our kids had been to 3 different daycare facilities prior to TLE. I think we finally find a place we can call home for our kids. Ms. Kaitlin and Ms. Danielle are really dedicated to make this place better everyday for our children. Our kids' teachers are wonderful and they're very easy to talk to and the love and patience they show and give our kids everyday is priceless. And we never feel like we were able to open up with the last 3 daycares our kids attended, this is the place we can openly communicate our needs and even wants.

***Update…. The previous review was made when it was under different management. However, when my daughter attended summer camp at TLE in 2023 we had quite a few issues with lack of communication from management, overcharging our credit card for an entire months tuition when she only attended for 2 weeks, and poor communication about scheduled events during the summer. It took approximately 6-8 weeks to get reimbursed for being overcharged and it was only corrected when we went into the center, despite multiple ignored phone calls and emails.Despite the change in management, the staff and teachers at TLE continued to wonderful with my daughter. She loved them but had zero connection with the new director who acted as if she did not care when we brought issues to her attention.—————————————————————Our daughter attended TLE Chantilly from 4 months until she started kindergarten (2018-2022). The skills she gained from her years at TLE have been invaluable to her. She started kindergarten with a step ahead, already knowing her alphabet, how to spell and write her own name, counting, etc. On her kindergarten “report cards” her teacher constantly says how advanced she is at this age and we can attribute alot of that to TLE. She not only loved the staff but learned so much along the way. She made so many friends and was exposed to many new experiences because of the caring staff at TLE.

TLE has been a great place for my daughter to attend before going to school in the mornings. They were extremely professional, helpful, and my daughter enjoyed going. Very convenient location and very friendly staff. Very Clean and secured facilities as well.

TLE was first daycare for my baby. Miss Yashoda (Infant B teacher) sincerely has taken care of him as I do at home so he was able to feel comfortable and enjoy going to the TLE. Really appreciate Miss Yashoda!

I have two children that go to TLE Chantilly and they love going there every day. They have developed emotionally, socially, and in their learning in quite noticeable ways. The teachers deserve great kudos for the long hours that they put in and the vast amounts of patience they must have.As an amusing example, the five year old is currently being taught to read by TLE. One night while reading a book to him, I mistakenly stated the word cracked when the book had crooked written down. He corrected me and said that I should have stated crooked. From now on, every time I read this book I use the wrong word on purpose to spur his response about what the right word should be.Thanks TLE!

Our little guy has been attending TLE since he was 14 weeks old and my husband and I have nothing but positive things to say! We feel incredibly fortunate that our son is so well cared for, safe and happy. He is finally at an age where we can tell he lights up the second we get to the TLE parking lot in the morning, and he’s always happy to see his incredible teachers. We appreciate how communicative his teachers are, and all the hard work they put into caring for the babies in Infant A. We couldn’t be happier and I feel so comfortable knowing my baby boy is well cared for, particularly as a first time mom.

I would give big 0 star if I can.Lately Experience with TLE is awful, they are not professional and dishonest on communication.As FTM, I was so worry for my baby first day in his day care.My 6 month baby was there 1 day, he didn’t eat his solid in his first day but told us ( also update in portal ate all )Also almost didn’t sleep whole day, baby was extremely overtired when I pick him up.We didn’t send him next day anymore but daycare deduct us around $700.I called several time no body answered my call then I went there 4 time. ( first 3 time said in charge person ( ms. Judy ) not in office they will tell her to call me back ( she never did )Finally I meet her last month n she said she will discuss with owner about refund and will call me afternoon. ( but she did not )The way that they lies, not answering call and trying to hide for this is disgusting.NOT RECOMMENDED

Rarely in life are you provided an opportunity to have "strangers" become family - the staff at The Learning Experience - Chantilly have found a way to do just that! Not only do I have NO DOUBT that they care about my son (age 8) just as much as I do, but they go out of their way to validate this fact each and every day!During one of the most tragic times in our lives, they have given of themselves emotionally, spiritually, and physically to ensure our overall well being. Mrs. Judy (the matriarch of the family) backed by Mrs. Meghan keeps order of the various learning centers, loves unconditionally, knows every child by name and behavior trait - its impressive to witness in person. The classroom staff (Ms. Danielle, Ms. Farin, and Ms. Regina) ensure the academic enrichment and social development of my son during work hours so that my job as a parent once returning from work is focused on quality time/interactions with my son.While their facility lacks similar technological improvements of other facilities in the area and the physical aesthetics of the building require better resourcing; they compensate for it with LOVE of EVERY STUDENT. I genuinely thank God for them every day and can not sing enough praises about the work/care that they provide EVERY DAY! TLE in Chantilly has been fantastic. Our son started when we was a year old, and now we've been there for nine months. The teachers truly care about the kids -- in addition to the daily write up about what my son does every day, I can easily chat with his teachers at the end of the day and they understand his mood and nature. The owners and directors are easy to talk to, responsive to any concerns or questions, and really a pleasure to work with.Another thing I like about TLE is they bring in great stuff for the kids! At least once or twice a month, there's a new activity or event the kids are being exposed to -- a dentist coming in and teaching them about teeth care, a local farmer bringing his animals, special events for holidays, and more.Edited to add that even now, TEN YEARS LATER: my son still wants to come here for snow days or summer camp. Director and staff here are still exceptional. Love this place!

We feel very confident every day we bring our daughter to TLE Chantilly. She is constantly educationally engaged, we receive photos all day of her activities, and anytime she comes home to tell us about a conflict in the classroom, we are pleased with the teacher’s response and resolution. Will be bringing out next child here and will always recommend to friends and family.

My son is currently in their “Twaddlers” room, and we absolutely love it. He goes 3 days a week, which is perfect for us. He’s learning so much. I love the app available, which lets me sees photos of him throughout his day. The staff is very professional and extremely courteous. Our family looks forward to seeing him grow with TLE.
