I highly recommend The Grout Genie! Richard was very thorough and walked me through the entire process before he started the work. When he came across an unforeseen issue, Richard immediately found a solution and explained what needed to be done and quickly got the materials needed to fix the problem while keeping my budget in mind. Richard is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and is very easy to work with.

I highly recommend Brad from The Grout Genie he did such excellent work on caulking my tub now I want the whole bathroom updated to look as new as my tub and tile. Next job I have done with The Grout Genie, I will request that he return he is organized and is highly skilled, a pro working with grout tiles tub caulking to name a few.
Thanks to Brad and Nicole I learned so much about bathroom renovations. I also learned not to use strong bleach cleaners on caulking and grout and don’t regrout tiles unless you plan to remove the old grout completely from tiles first.
Brad is a meticulous knowledgeable technician and cares about quality to the highest degree.
Brad also informed me that I did not need a sealant epoxy service on my old tile grout which saved me several hundred dollars.

Knowledge and integrity. The two words that sum up this company and their staff. We had them out to do an assessment and rather than selling on and up, they explained what we didn't need and clearly went over potential options both now and/or in the future of what would address our concerns. Spot on assessment and multiple options provided. Why can't more contractors be like this? Shout out to Nicole their sales manager.

Rich and his crew are amazing. They have so much knowledge and expertise. Rich will walk you through all his thoughts and reasoning so you can stay fully informed along the way and most importantly so you understand everything that is going on.
He continued to consider all aspects throughout our project and ended up saving us a lot of money in the end.
