Scott was recommended to us by our Son and Daughter-in-law, as we were moving to the area from Montana. We told him what we were looking for and recommended a Condo very near to our Son and Daughter-in-law. The unit and building had everything we were looking for including a Garage space.We were very pleased with the entire process and the quick settlement.We would highly recommend Scott and his Team to anyone looking for a great Realtor.

Me and my husband purchased at Home through Scott Koval with the Donny Samson Team. It could not have been a better experience. This was during the summer of 2021 in the middle of very hectic market with limited options. We had been working with Scott for literally years going back and forth between purchasing a new home or purchasing the rental we had been living in for 9 years. Scott was so patient throughout the years and was always willing to entertain any of our ideas, show us as many houses and we wanted, and comp our current rental home at least 4 different times. Ultimately we purchased the home we were renting with Scott as our realtor. He was so fair and our experience through the entire process and through the closing was flawless. I could not recommend more!!

Scott Koval has been our real estate broker for many years. He has been with us through selling two homes and purchasing one. When I say ‘has been with us, I don’t just mean the paperwork process. He took the time to listen and responded promptly to our numerous phone calls and emails. We loved his positive attitude. He is phenomenal, always polite, courteous, proactive, knowledgeable and, has a great sense of humor. He makes what could be a stressful time seem so easy and enjoyable.
