Our experience working with Austin Davis when renting our first home was awesome. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was always available to reach by phone when needed. We were always confident that Austin and the team had the ability to help us get a place during this hectic limited time. Any questions/concerns that we had while closing on our house were always answered and we were able to successfully close on our first home!He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional.Since I have a special circumstance that I coming to the USA for the first time with my family within very limited time, he helped us about the car dealers and other issues might be helpful for us.Thank you, Austin and the team! After our initial discussions, there was no doubt that this was the right choice.Meredith Reidy is a great asset and was there for us every step of the way! She is extremely knowledgeable, relatable and genuinely a pro at this. We couldn't have done it without her. She literally catered to our every need! She was there for us on our behalf when we couldn't be somewhere (homes inspection). She even kept an eye on our kiddos when covid protocols precluded them from being involved. I was extremely happy with my experience with Austin Davis, a member of the Davis Team. Personally, I find home searches and the navigation necessary to find a home stressful and time-consuming. I gave Austin the details regarding what I would like and he quickly found me exactly what I wanted. He made the whole process seamless. Additionally, he was able to navigate a significant cultural barrier between myself and the homeowner and make the process smooth and understandable for all parties. I will be contacting Austin when I purchase my next home.

Working with Meredith Reidy from the Bill Davis Team was an absolutely fabulous experience! From start to finish Meredith was efficient and made the entire process very easy for us. She was always available to get back to us and answer any concerns or questions in a very prompt manner. She handled everything and we just had to show up to sign on the dotted line. Not only did Meredith sell our condo this year but we turned around two weeks after the sale and bought a new one with her! Full asking price and sold in less than 3 days on the market. Helped with all other aspects of selling a house and were very efficient.
