Bait and switch dealer. Received email about a new vehicle order at MSRP. Called to close the deal and they wanted 20k over Sticker. Not to mention their loaner for life and they never have cars. I’ve bought my last car from them. Leave the DMV if you want a good deal on a Ford.

Horrible Service, which is precluding me from purchasing another vehicle from this dealership in the future. It took me several months to get service to my vehicle due to the fact that I required a loaner car. I had to follow up on several occasions to get an appointment. When I finally received an appointment, my vehicle was returned to me and I am still having issues. It has been going on for the past 6 months. On top of everything, I put a down payment on a new vehicle, the vehicle arrived and the dealership sold it out from under me! I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership if you plan to service it there and this comes from someone who had purchased several vehicles in the past from Ted Britt. It has gone significantly down hill!

If i could give this place a 0 i would! horrible customer service here. i took my truck for an oil change and specified i only wanted that to be done with my vehicle, when Kaitlyn Sulser texted my husband that the service was done i called to let them know we were going to pick up following day and how much the total was for the oil change the lady i spoke with had told me around $99 i thought ok with taxes and everything it should be no more than $130 max! the next day i went in to make the payment and grab the keys when i get to the cashier she hands me the papers and tells e total is $230+ i immediately ask why and explain how i called day before and told me something else. cashier lady was super helpful she went to talk to Kaitlyn then they both came over to me and Kaitlyn's attitude was uncalled for i told her an oil change should not be more than $130 she told me with an attitude " its because its a Chevrolet" i tell her what does that have to do with anything i purchased my truck from tedd britt and they told me i can get it done in any tedd britt. then she goes and talks to people just telling me "maybe i can get you a discount" it takes her about 20 mins just to go talk to 2 different people. when she returns she just goes to the cashier and gives her the new papers, yet she sees that i'm standing there waiting with my daughter and totally ignores me. i go and ask the cashier if those were my papers Kaitlyn had given her she says yes. Yes they lowered the price for it and i was told they hadn't told me they had to charge me for other stuff they had to get but my point here is CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks Kaitlyn was so rude and with an attitude. I have dealt with different dealers but in none of them have i ever dealt with a person who is so rude. NEVER taking my car here again!

Yoon did an excellent job of keeping me informed and providing rides to and from my home when the repair of leaks was delayed.
My only issue was the lack of availability of the front windshield side panels for the recall that I understood were available to replace my broken panel.

Very professional with a small town feel. Everything was streamlined and quick but not hurried. All while accommodating my busy schedule. Staff and management were kind and friendly. Jennifer and Malcom made the experience a pleasure for sure. You’d second guess nothing with a team such as there’s.

Ted Britt Ford Lincoln in Chantilly, VA provided very poor service and communication after the sale. My daughter bought her first pre-owned vehicle at this dealership and they could not properly repair a rear differential leak after multiple attempts to do so. She had to pay to get the work done properly somewhere else.

If I could give NO Stars, that's what they deserve!
Though it’s my responsibility to read over everything I sign, I feel I was duped into signing a document that sent a cash credit to the dealer instead of to me. It was a moment during finance that it was a strategic move that a doc was lined up, wasn’t explained, & rushed through amongst the many. I accept fault to have not stopped & read, but I thought the deal was done, & I trusted at that point. But THEY KNOW how & when to place that particular doc in the rotation. EXPENSIVE LESSON !!
