Rick and Edna were absolutely amazing. The customer service here is exceptional. I live near another Tmobile and will drive extra just to come to this Tmobile every single time. The customer service here is beyond amazing. They do not look at you like cash cows they look and treat you like humans. They provided me the best options and helped explain everything to me without rushing me out the door

Since we came to the store Nico greeted us, he is really courteous and friendly, he found EXACTLY what we wanted really FAST, he listened and helped us TREMENDOUSLY. We left the store happy.

Nico and Edna are exemplary customer service people at the Chantilly T-Mobile! They assisted me in correcting a customer service glitch that continue to charge me for services that I no longer use. They were both friendly, kind, and going out of their way to help. I will remain a T-Mobile customer for people such as these and they continue to have a brand loyal customer. Thanks to you both.

they secretly sneak in protection plan when you purchase the phone from them. I just checked my bills and I have been charging for $18/mo for last two years on 4 lines. that's about $1800 total charges. I am involving tmobile corporate to investigate this store.

place says open till 8PM, we pulled on the door (at 2:42PM on Monday May 22nd) which was closed. The guy inside the store waved over his neck indicating that they're not open. Wasted my time.

Really disappointed at tmobile right now I went to upgrade one of my lines and told the person that I need not needed insurance but he still added the insurance. It seem that they are all after their commission they don't care for customers. Beyond disappointed. Also they didn't even had me sign they sign the IPad them self .

Can not describe how disappointed I an with local T Mobile store. I came to upgrade my phone, and was lied that there is a promotion. It was no promotion. They said we will give you $400 for your i phone 11. I have to send it to T mobile myself. Gave me the new phone and said you can transfer data yourself at home. I called and complained to T mobile, that was even more disappointment . Long story short decided to go back to store and refund the phone which is sealed new I did not even open 1 hour later. The kid says oh can not return you have to return when supervisor is in the store and you will have to pay restocking fee.. I feel like I got robed on the middle of the day. It is ok. I will complain to every possible places

So I walked into this store the other day for a very simple thing. Keep in mind I’m a previous store manager to this store but nobody in there knows that when I was present. Went ahead and did my own secret shop. I see a lot of bad habits still being used. Please steer clear of this store. They constantly struggle to hit their numbers and what that means to their customers is that they must hit their conversion rates versus foot traffic. (They have a door count). Literally saw someone slamming another customers account. Really hate to even write this but as a former manager and a current customer I really don’t think this store is beneficial to the customer. Some work needs to be done. Hopefully they can use this review to make the proper corrections in this store.

Today I went to T-mobile with after causing some account trouble for myself. Spencer was very patient and helpful and helped me troubleshoot all the problems i had and completed eSim account setting despite the fact that he had to talk to customer service to fix issues. Very professional and knowledgeable. Greatly appreciated his help. Thank you

It’s 7:25pm and their doors are locked the hours say they close at 8:00 pm. All I had to do was pay my bill because their online payment system wouldn’t let me sign in.

It was a BIG MISTAKE to go to this TMobile store, I went there to trade in my iPhone 11, which I got $400 credit toward my bills. iPhone 14 which I obtained could not hold battery power more than a few hours. Then I took it back to the store after a week explaining the issues. According to the returned policy, I can exchange or return within14 days. Unfortunately, I was told I would lose both trade-in credit and the promotion that T-Mobile offered to certain customers if I like to proceed. All he could do was sent me to Apple Store. Still working with them to solve issue. Wish I would have stayed with my iPhone 11, and not have been talked to upgrade.
