Visited Sunrise lab in Chantilly, VA 3/16/2024. Technician was amazing. Ran the front desk AND took samples in the back.

45 minutes on the phone to get in touch with someone to pay my bills is a joke. Online services is horrible, when you go online it asks for an account number which is not listed on your bill statement. So you have to call and figure it out which again you have to wait for 45 minutes.

Cynthia Cynthia Cynthia is all you need to know. She is a true gem of a person and the best at what she does. I go to Sunrise because of Cynthia. You will NOT find a better person to help you with your bloodwork.

I’ve used Sunrise Medical Lab in Chantilly twice now along with my husband. There was minimal waiting time. Cynthia wore mask and gloves. We were provided masks as well. The lab looked clean and her technique was painless and efficient. Overall I'm impressed with the professionalism, skill and the quick turnaround time.

0 customer service and rude. Avoid this location. There are many other laboratories to go to. I almost got my blood drawn, literally needle inching my arm when the other lady noticed that I do not have face mask. They said they do not have any and told me to go all the way home to get a mask after I was sitting already in the chair.If you require face masks then provide them.

Here again at opening and no one is here. I thought the last time they strolled in at 7:40am (when they open at 7:30) was a fluke. Apparently the business hours mean nothing to this lab. This is not the place to go if you expect on time service.

Customer service - non existent; don’t waste your time. We waited in line at 8:40AM at 10:30AM; people were had to stay outside in the 23 degree since there wasn’t room in door. The lab tech person skip my kid’s turn even though it was his turn. Apparently she ignored us since we asked her to give assistance to an elderly man because he was unable to sign on the clipboard since it was out of reach.

Unorganized, misinformation very sad how hard it is to get quality medical care. Called to make an appoint, they said it was walk in. Came in on a Saturday at 8 when they open and then told me they don’t do the test I need on Saturday’s because they close at 11:30. No where on their website is this listed and I wasn’t told when I called and asked. .

I went there this morning with my children since the 3 of them needed some blood work. I expected to be there for a few hours since I didn't know how it was going to end up. To my surprise I was there for only 20 minutes with everything done. I didn't have an appointment (but I called the day before to make sure I could bring my 3 kids with me). Cynthia was AMAZING... Looked like she has experience dealing with children. I will definitely come back if I need their services again.Thank you Cynthia!

We are the second in line but we had to wait more than 20 minutes to give blood samples. However, the nurse was very nice and positive.

Miss Marta was amazing with our 4 year old. She was very caring and concerned about making the experience easy and painless. We are so thankful. She works on Saturday mornings!

I’ve been using Sunrise Medical Lab in Chantilly for years and I'm always impressed with the professionalism, exceptional skill and cheerful attitude of Cynthia Wright. I hope she is appreciated by her company as much as her patients appreciate Cynthia. She is really the reason I come to Sunrise for my Lab work.

Nurse was going on about how silly covid restrictions were. As a patient, that terrifies me. She was very kind when drawing my blood as she could tell how nervous I was though. So stupid but nice
