The price they market is with car wash. Because of your dishonesty, I just left and went to the Exxon next to you, which was the same price.

They market on maps a price for fuel that only applies if you do a car wash! I drive out of way to see their actual price is higher than average 3.69 while average is 3.4.Very decorative and I lost time!!!

Car wash, sort of.The good, it’s touch-less, 8-12 bucks, My car is a bit cleaner.The bad…my car is not close to actually clean.

I walked over from a nearby hotel to grab a snack, but there are no prices posted in the shop. I don't think customers should have to take each item to the cash to ask the price. No sale!

Amazing staff!!!!! It only took a few times during the week for them to remember me and what I always stop there for. These guys are awesome, ALL the ladies and gentlemen that work there are super polite, cordial, and they all have a great sense of humor. This is reminiscent of the old days when you could go to your local convenient store and they knew who you were and what you were looking for right off the top. They make me feel like family @ this store, I love this store and the people who work there, no matter the time of day or type of day your having you will enter feeling like a friend and leave feeling like family. Wonderful place!!!Love you guys ? ❤ ? ? ? ? ?

This is my day to day gas station just close to my house. I’m quite impressed by the store and the service here. People working here are always friendly. Chicken hot dog is my fav one.

The cashier that worked wed Jan 11th at 7:36pm I came into buy a sweet item waiting for my wife to get off work. The cashier rang the item up and then just stared at me, while I’m searching for the total bc of I didn’t here her say the amount that’s when I looked up and I said how much? She responded with a really bad attitude and said 2.22 I said here is 2.25 thank you keep the change and have a nice night. No response and just turned her back and walked to her chair and sat down.Took this as a huge disrespectful just know that was my first time there and tbh I’ll drive the extra mile next time.

The cashier Manju is so nice and awesome. She has very good customer service and was really nice she deserves a raise.

I was come today morning at this Westfield Sonoco I saw very good employee name of Manju.She did excellent customer service and happy to with customers Iam so glad for her hardworking and hospitality I appreciate to her thank you. okay?

I am stunned at how bad their customer service is !!!! I just called them to confirm they had non-ethanol gas in .... It rang at least a dozen times . When someone finally picked up there was silence until I said "hello?" The woman responded with a "hello" and I confirmed I had dialed Sunoco. Once that happened, I inquired about their (advertised) NO ETHANOL gas. They're almost an hour away, so I wanted to confirm they had it before making the trek to get ( we've had no luck finding it locally ). She responded by saying they didn't have it ... I then tried asking if she had a suggestion on where to find it; her response was to hang up on meI realize it's a beautiful Saturday afternoon and she probably doesn't really want to be working. As they say "it is what it is". In my opinion, if she chose to make the best of it, and to be pleasant to customers it would make the day faster (IMO)By making a decision to be so abrupt on the phone, she alienated me as a customer and inspired me leave to this review I always forget to leave reviews, but in this instance I am making an exception in hopes that the business sees this, and is able to remedy the situation. As my Grandfather used to say "you can't fix something if you don't know it's broken"First impressions are IMPORTANT & typically not forgotten, so I'm not certain I will become a customer, but I'm hoping this will be looked at by management as a tool to make some much needed "repairs" ... so more potential long-term customers aren't lost
