I brought a used car into this shop for a pre purchase inspection. Very prompt service.. the owner Dolf and his crew got my car in right at the proper time and kept me updated throughout the process. They completed a very thorough check for a good price and were very up front with what was wrong with the car. In the end they saved me a good $2500 in unfixed issues with this car, which prompted me not to buy it.
Their work ethic is superb, they promptly answer every phone call that comes in, and they keep their customers informed in a friendly and up front way not normally seen at most other auto repair shops. Their prices are agreeable. The shop has a unique “mom & pop” feel to it.
I would like to add that Dolf himself reached out to me several days after I did the pre purchase inspection to follow up on the car and how they did. I have never had that happen from an auto repair shop owner after a first visit… very honorable and customer service oriented.
Highly recommend this auto shop for your auto repair needs.

I had a low engine oil indicator all of sudden appeared on dash board and checked the oil level was very low. Since I don't have time to schedule for the service in advance, I walked in to the shop and they gladly took my car in and changed the oil in a very short time. I also asked if there were any oil leak under the car and they confirmed no leak is found. He showed me the the area under the car as well. Great service and honest.

Sent my wife to get my car inspected and the inspector tried to take advantage of my wife when she was there by herself. He failed the car for a muffler issue, which did need to be fixed, but also failed the power steering for a leak, despite levels being stable and full for months. He said he didn't know where the leak was but that it was wet and he couldn't diagnose it further without having it be taken in to the shop for a much longer time. I took the car to another mechanic to get the muffler fixed and to look at the rest, and he said that it was coolant leaking from a rusted radiator.
So either he was unable to tell the difference between coolant and power steering fluid, despite it's color and smell differences, or he was trying to take advantage of my wife and get her to agree to something that didn't need to be done.
We will never be coming back to this shop, and I would take your business somewhere other than here. The inspector is either incompetent or scummy and neither is worth dealing with

Miguel and David were absolute life savers. My tire was flat and needed a patch, I came in close to them closing up but they were able to get me in and out in under 40 minutes. Really polite and respectful. The highlight was getting to spend my visit in the AC petting the sweetest French bulldog. Can't say enough good things.

I use to love this auto shop. Super friendly. Honest. Reliable. The last 2 times I’ve tried to make appointments the gentleman who answers the phone is very condescending and rude. If you can get past him to make appointments, you’re good to go! I couldn’t. So they’ve lost a customer they’ve had since they opened.
Decided to update this with an observation: it's clearly women that are being spoken in this very rude and condescending way. My husband has never received similar treatment. I know Dolf is not at fault here. But whoever he hired to be the "face at the front desk" needs to learn customer service skills. In my case, I was told on both occasions, to speak clearly. I was also gaslighted on both occasions regarding the date and time I asked for. I ask for one date and time, the person on the phone gives me another, and when I corrected him, he told me it was the date and time I asked for. I tell him it was not, and he said, I can't understand you, speak clearer. On the 2nd occasion he put me on hold, came back to the phone, asked what I needed, I told him I was just talking to you before placing me on hold, he then proceeded to gaslight me by saying he had never spoken to me before when I corrected him, he said, it was my fault because I wasn't speaking clearly.

They’re great. Don’t try to upsell you, on the contrary will advise the best services based on the mileage etc, and actually told me to delay some services which the dealership “recommended”. Dolf is great, went out of his way to recommend a repair which they could not do since it was work a body shop needed to.

Worst staff. So rude. They charge you 3-4 times than the original auto parts.

DO NOT go here for VA safety inspection. They purposely fail the test for little nits and grits and try to ask for more money to install something. If you dont choose to install they will fail the inspection test.
Nasr did my inspection.
Not going here ever again and definitely spreading the word around suggesting folks to not go here!
