Extremely rude. Hung up on me because he got a call prior to mine that he felt was connected to mine (it wasn't) that didn't go so well so he told me he doesn't do business with these type of people and hung up on me.

Customer service is horrible and the owner is a jackass. Makes small business people unattractive. Prices are shady; I recommend taking your tv to BestBuy-GeekSquad.
