Refused to even inspect my car due to aftermarket exhaust, despite my car passing inspections multiple times in other locations for the past 6 years. Would not even attempt to do the emissions test and flat out said he would fail me. Very rude, would not recommend this location for inspections.

The Manager and mechanics you can trust and are very professional and fair. For more than 20 years Is the only place I take all my cars and never had any problems.

I went there on a Sunday to get an inspection sticker from Matthew Carr. I was failed because of steering and suspension "issues" even though I explained that I had recently paid nearly $4,000 in repairs for my car only a couple months earlier. He was trying to convince me that my car wasn't operating correctly even though I told him I did not notice any issues. Went to my dealer the next day (the place that did the repairs) and they did a thorough review of my car and did not notice anything that would have caused me to get a rejection. They also said several station mechanics will often try to find things to fail on cars in hopes you will have them "fix" the so-called issue.

My Go to shop for vehicle inspection and emissions. While there are mixed reviews, my experience is mostly positive. No upsell or unnecessary pressure tactics. Sometimes, there may be a long wait time but I usually avoid end of month to escape from the long lines.Services: Vehicle Inspection

I attempted to purchase gas by inserting my credit card twice into the machine but it told me to go to the cash register. When I did the man said "eets working". I said it's not, it told me to come in here. And I handed him my credit card to get a fill up. He said "no no the machine show eets all fine". I said but I can't get gas out of it. He repeated what he said before. I told him. "Well I will have to get gas some where else then if you're not going to help me". He replied with a very happy OKAY!I went two blocks down down the road and successfully pump a tank full of gas at Exxon. I won't be back.

I often used this gas station as a convenient restroom location with no trouble. However, things changed on 11/20/2022 at about 7:00 in the morning. I had just entered the restroom and I was minding my own business when I heard extremely loud pounding on the bathroom door. I opened it and the person who works at the gas station started screaming at me because I had moved the trash can that had propped open the door. The man was blocking my only exit and was hurling abusive insults at me. I managed to calm him down and put the trashcan in the restroom as he demanded. However, had I decided to argue with him, I worry that I would have been assaulted. Needless to say, I will never return to this location. I would strongly advise anyone reading my review to avoid this gas station because the current employee cornered me in an enclosed space and screamed at me because I moved a trash can to the wrong place. I would strongly encourage management to fire the individual who was working this shift. My hope is that this review helps members of the public avoid the gas station worker who engages in intimidation and bullying tactics.
