Love this store. I go here whenever I'm in Chantilly. Gas and coffee and a smile are all we need in this world. I had a rough day and Leslie made me laugh. She's the heart of this place.

As an individual who has gone to numerous Eastern United States Coast bases convenience stores, I have enjoyed the art of the general store layout in addition to the presence of made-to-order food that has proven to provide much diversity to individuals in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Sheetz, a store that initially was established by Bob Sheetz in 1952 with origins dating back to the early 20th Century as a singular dairy store in a similar capacity to that of Grahame Wood's Wawa, which was established in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area in 1902 as a singular dairy store before opening as a noticeable convenience store in the Johnson Administration.
This Sheetz convenience store I proceeded to come into was a smaller store with an early 2000s store layout prevalent at older locations of Sheetz, with the general gasoline refuge feeding into the store's roof. Despite the historical architecture I often depicted as a niche sight in the contemporary day, the true aspect is the food prevlaent, using the made to order module of Sheetz, I ordered their signature Big MozzBurger, a Cheeseburger featuring Mozzarella Sticks, extra Provelone and Marinara Sauce and Curly Fries adorned with a Nacho Cheese seasoning and found the food perpetual, despite a mess up involving my request for lettuce, which they ultimately forgot despite my requests, and have proceeded to leave off a twenty first century in the process.
Despite the ordeal involving the lack of lettuce, the service and food diversity of Sheetz remains a perpetual experience for all individuals and in accordance with preference; may actually be better than Wawa in numerous cases and will return to other locations in the future.

My rewards card wouldn't scan, but no problem getting gas or paying. There was no wait for the pump either. I was happy.

Ordered today around 10 AM~ish. One steak quesadilla and one mac n cheese with loaded bean ingredients. Tall young white girl/lady with glasses and usually wears tight jeans (I don't know her name) working at the food service just puts my order on the counter without bagging them. She bagged everyone else's food but mine. Before I could even ask her for a bag, she went away quickly before calling for next order number. I had to bag my own food. Doesn't look good and I felt humiliated. She doesn't leave great impression.Whenever I come here, I always have to make sure I get serviced by someone else besides her; the short black lady with glasses is sweet and nice (she might be the manager). I come here a lot but I guess I will be looking elsewhere or I would have to be lucky and come here the day she is not working.

I visited Sheetz on last night and was deeply disturbed by an incident of blatant racism exhibited by one of the staff members. As a regular customer, I was shocked and disappointed by what I witnessed. During my visit, I observed two black men shopping in the store. They were conducting themselves respectfully and did not seem to be causing any disturbance. However, I noticed a worker at the store treating them with overt hostility and impatience, which seemed unwarranted. After the men left the store, the same worker approached me and, assuming complicity, whispered a racially derogatory term to describe them. This was not only shocking but also deeply offensive. I am a white woman, and the assumption that I would share or condone such racist sentiments is both incorrect and upsetting. I am writing this review not only as a complaint about this specific employee's behavior but also to highlight a serious issue within this establishment. Racism, in any form, is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I did not address this with the management at the time but I am now considering reaching out to them to ensure they are aware of the incident and take appropriate action. This experience has significantly altered my view of Sheetz. I believe that all customers, regardless of their race, should be treated with respect and dignity. I urge the management to address this issue seriously, perhaps by implementing sensitivity training for their employees and ensuring such incidents do not recur. The management should also be concerned because many of her co-workers at Sheetz are Black and Brown. I hope by sharing my experience, I am contributing to the awareness and eradication of such discriminatory behavior in our community. No one should have to face racism, whether as a direct victim or a witness.

I love sheetz. They have the best food. It's a blessing and a curse one is down the road now since I have easy access to the mozzarella sticks! This location has a drive through along with a car wash too which is nice to get everything done at once. I have ordered food a couple of times and it never takes super long and is always hot and fresh! Check it out!

I came in at 12:05 for two hot dogs. The seating area had two chairs to block the entrance. I asked the workers if I could eat there and they said yes and then realized that Kim had blocked it off and then said no. I asked Kim if I could sit there and she looked me up and down and said no. I don't get racists in Northern VA but she was definitely one. it is now 12:38 and no one has cleaned the seating area. I don't think Sheetz should hire lazy racists. I have come to this store 20 times. I will never come again unless I hear that she has been moved to a Sheetz where she doesn't have to profile the customers.

Great store, great gas station food, and awesome staff. No complaints. Always accommodating and attentive to details. I haven't left the store upset. Great job everybody.

I really just don't understand the reviews of these people. The staff recognize and I get greeted always when I'm there. As they say, treat others the way you want to get treated. Just be polite. Thank you Sheetz for giving me delicious food everytime ?. Best gas station food and store.
