They advertise free delivery to Woodbridge (see screenshot) online but I did not see that option when checking out. I reached out to customer service who stated they don’t offer free delivery and to please send them a screenshot of what I found online and they would investigate. I sent this screenshot immediately and never heard back with either an apology for false advertising/mistake on their website or issue a delivery refund. I rated them a 2 -star only because the flowers delivered were nice. I certainly do not mind paying for delivery when expected, but please don’t mislead through false advertising or better yet, maintain your website to reflect your current policies if they have changed.

Pay attention to all the negative reviews. I placed an order 3 days in advance and they didn't provide any updates day of and after several attempts at reaching them the order was delivered in the evening. Bouquet looked nothing like what was ordered. Not worth the price and customer service has ghosted me. Save your money, time and energy

Another beautiful and special bouquet by Send Smiles. I have been using their services for years and they are super professional and the bouquets gorgeous. I could not recommend them enough. After the order I email them with delivery hours and instructions ( my grandmother is 101 and does not wake up till late morning) and they respond immediately and follow instructions. Great job Send Smiles!
