“Have many years experience with a Public Storage location about a mile from this one. After years of not needing a unit, a downsizing move created a need again. After several hours searching web, putting units on “hold” only to be told that someone else had rented the unit I wanted and the deal was no longer available (seriously?!?!) I had the great fortune to talk to Cecilia at the 3700 Centreville Rd location. I can’t say enough good things about Cecilia and this location. She is professional, competent, efficient, and personable. Worked with us to get the original deal we wanted on a climate controlled unit by creatively working through her system. She is a somewhat rare customer service rep these days that is fully invested in making sure you are completely satisfied. The location is spotless and convenient. Cecilia is an absolute gem and if I owned this location, I would do everything possible to make sure she’s happy. Highly recommended!”

“A rather large facility. I wanted to retrieve items from my U-Box container. I scheduled a couple of days I advance. So other than figuring out where to find my container, everything else was fine. The container as well held up well and my items were still in place from my CA move. Highly recommend U-Box. U-HAUL is less expensive than the other container providers. Thank you team U-Haul.”
