Kenneth Engram was very professional throughout the entire process. Everything he explained and told me was accurate. I never sold a home before, and he assured me it would be a smooth process. I love the process of being involved throughout the procedure and giving a 24-hour notice for viewing the home. It allowed me to get out of the home and let people come to view it without my presence. The inspection, appraisal, and termite inspection were great, and I was home to accommodate them. I could get in touch with Kenneth any hour of the day and if he was busy, he would text me to tell me that he would follow through whenever he finished up what he was doing at that given time. He made sure I was at ease while explaining everything he told me on the first day he visited my home. The experience was fantastic. Everything he told me happened with wow moments. I'm glad I hired him, and I will recommend my family and friends to him for any future endeavors to sell or purchase a home. I'm a hard person to satisfy and he understood the assignment and executed it eloquently with expertise.
