The Car Connection is a great place to have your car fixed. It all started one day when my daughter was 4. And in preschool. (She's 16 now!) I locked my keys in the car when I was at Chantilly Academy of Gymnastics. CAG called Kevin for me. He's the owner of The Car Connection. He walked over and broke into my car for me, got my keys and never even charged me. We had just moved here and didn't have a mechanic yet. Kevin earned my business that day. He's a really nice guy. We've been bringing him our vehicles ever since. It's the type of place and they are the type of people that you can totally trust. He's always fixed everything we've ever needed, foreign and domestic. His guys have been there a long time. They know what they are doing. The Main Chantilly Post Office has The Car Connection fix their mail trucks too, which shows that they obvious trust him too! Trust The Car Connection. They will take good care of you, your car and your wallet!

Kevin and the folks over there are honest, hard working and know their business. Top notch customer service and will go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is running well. I used to bounce around from garage to garage, but Car Connection is the most attentive and offer good pricing for their work

I'm beyond furious. This rover store electronics on reverb or as they go by "MAXX A1" CLAIMS free shipping nationwide and then at the end of checking out tack on a $40 shipping fee. When confronted about it I was argued with about my residency in the U.S.A as I dug deeper the red flags piled up. No safe , no honest business, STEER CLEAR!

Dishonest business - you order one thing (through WalMart) and they ship a different cheaper version. Their written English is poor, and they won't provide a refund. Don't buy from this business. Avoid them like the plague. I'll be staying away from WalMart's third party sellers from now on too. It's nothing like dealing with Amazon.

I bought an item from Walmart an this Rover store didn't send me back my money!! This place sucks! I sent back the item and the copy for the tracking number and I'm still waiting for my money!!👿👿👿

I have been frustrated for years at being told I needed work done on my car when I didn't and was also looking for a shop that could get the work done quickly while I'm at work since I live 40 miles from work. I was referred to Car Connection by a new colleague and have used them twice. And twice I have been really pleased with their service and prices. I have finally found someone I can trust.

My parents and now my own family have been taking our cars to Car Connection as long as I can remember. The thing I love about them is not only do they do the best possible job, but I have never once felt like I've paid a cent more than I should for their work. It's so nice to have a convenient auto shop that does consistently great work that also has integrity. None of this one price for me, another price for my husband nonsense I had to put up with when I lived in another town. They always give you a fair price for the work done, and won't try to talk you into anything you don't absolutely need. Another great thing that they have is early bird/ late night drop off so you can drop your car off when it's convenient to you. I made the mistake of taking my car to another shop because it was in walking distance and I sincerely regretted it. That is not a mistake I'm going to repeat. Car Connection is fantastic at what they do and I can almost guarantee you'll be happy with their results. They know their stuff, they won't overcharge you or give you bad advice, and they will have your car working and back to you in a very reasonable amount of time. You're not going to find a better shop, so save yourself the stress and the money and take your car to Car Connection.

This is honest hard working people. Do not expect a fancy place with a big screen tv. They will fix your car for a good price,period. I went to troubleshoot a problem with the a/c of my car. The mechanic fixed the problem in minutes and didn't even charge me one dollar. The Car Connection has won probably a lifetime customer.

I have been using Car Connection to service my cars (5 of them) for years. I have found them to be honest and reliable. They do not try to "sell" you something you don't need. They perform routine checks of your car for free that most dealerships will charge you hundreds to do. They handle any make/model for a lot less than the service department at car dealers. This is run by a honest man with honest mechanics and I feel completely comfortable taking all of our cars there. I have recommended many people to them over the years and every one who has taken their car to them has become a return customer. His employees have also been for years which also adds to the reliability and honesty of this shop. I have no doubt that if you use Car Connection, you will become a customer for life.

This is a wonderful place to take your car. Bottom line, Kevin runs an honest business, and I've never left there feeling like I was getting hoodwinked, unlike other shops in the area. His staff really knows what they're doing, and they are up-front about what the problem(s) may be, how much it will cost, and when you will get your car back. The only thing that could make this shop better is a location in Falls Church or Arlington!
