From the moment you step inside the school, you're greeted with an atmosphere of cleanliness, warmth, and genuine care. The school is always clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment for both children and parents. The office staff at Primrose are very prompt, friendly, and genuinely caring. They are always open for a conversation and incredibly accommodating to the needs of both parents and children. Their warm smiles and willingness to assist make every interaction a positive experience.
The teachers at Primrose are nothing short of amazing. They welcome each child with open arms and are highly communicative with parents. They pay close attention to every child's needs and keep parents informed about every aspect of their child's day. This level of care and communication nurtures a strong sense of trust and partnership between the school and families. We have witnessed so many remarkable positive changes in our son, he has grown confident socially and emotionally and enjoys his time in school.
The curriculum at Primrose is outstanding. There are countless fun activities planned throughout the year for all occasions and festivals. These activities not only provide children with enjoyable experiences but also offer valuable opportunities to learn about and embrace varied cultures and traditions. It's truly a holistic approach to education that sets Primrose apart. Not to mention, the food provided is of good quality, diverse, and nutritious, and if a child does not like something, teachers always offer other options to kids rather than letting them continue with half-full tummies.
I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact this school has had on my child and our family. I recommend Primrose to any parent seeking a loving and enriching environment for their child.

Primrose South Riding location is the absolute best child care in the entire area. My daughter attended through their private kindergarten program and would keep going if they offered elementary grade levels! I was able to work and not have to worry at all. Not to mention they have an amazing chef, so I knew she was always eating healthy!

This is for the reply of Primrose South Riding. You should do a better check on your record, as you told me you kept records up to 5 years. My daughter was enrolled for exactly one week at Primrose, South Riding location. When you find the record, check on your camera and you’ll see your staff handed me her diaper cream, sunscreen.. that were left in the front office for days, until I asked for it to bring to the teacher. I still have invoices for registration fee and one week tuition, no mistake on the school or how long she was there for. Your school didn’t provide the standard of care you promised. I don’t need to contact you to discuss anything. My child is in good care and happy with her new daycare now. This is a review from my experience with your school. One week was enough for me to withdraw my daughter. They never cared to ask for the reason why I put in that request in order to improve their management.- I filled out the required forms and gave a bag of sunscreen, diaper cream,.. to the front office when I enrolled my daughter. She started to have bad diaper rash from school and it continued to get worse, which made me wonder if the teacher applied any diaper cream for her at school. I asked her teacher and found out the front office people NEVER gave the bag to her teacher! The bag had been sitting under their front desk for days. No apology!- I got told that my daughter had a light blood stain on her sheet and it could be from her nose/mouth. She was fine, but I figured that it could be from the tomato sauce she ate for lunch as the teacher reported she ate pasta. I told the teacher the next day about my thought and she said my daughter didn’t eat lunch so it couldn’t be the pasta sauce. ?? So did my daughter eat?- Lack of activities. After a week, my daughter left with one art (a pumpkin that she painted). I only see pictures of reading books, dancing, and outdoor. My daughter went to The Goddard School after this and made ton of arts/crafts from their activities.- Picture day was unorganized. Even if the pictures didn’t turn out nicely, I should still have an option to purchase or not. I never receive the envelope.…Many other issues. This is by far the worst daycare I’ve ever sent my child to.
